Now this is a power trio. On Saturday, Ben Affleck, Ryan Seacrest and billionaire Ted Waitt were spotted letting loose at L.A. hot spot 1 Oak. "Ben got to the venue and hung out with Ryan in the VIP booth," says an onlooker. "He was seen in high spirits throughout the whole night and was overheard saying that he was really excited about the success of his movie." At a nearby VIP table, Justin Bieber celebrated his sold-out Purpose tour with a group of friends - and bottles of champagne - while singer Rita Ora danced with a group of girlfriends.

Allen is especially fond of hosting late-night rock shows, where Jon Bon Jovi has performed. But you don't want to be invited to stay on Allen's yacht. What's better is to be a guest on one of the yachts tied up next to Octopus. As a neighbor, you can drop in whenever Allen throws a rager, and when the evening fades, you can escape to relative tranquillity.

Fox Searchlight is on fire today -- they've been lighting up the Reject HQ red phone. First, they sent us details on the highly anticipated release Gentlemen Broncos, and now we've got a first look at the poster for another upcoming film, Amelia, starring Hilary Swank as Amelia Earhart. Not much to say here, except that it has a sense of longing -- as if Amelia Earhart knows what is ahead of her. I don't want to spoil anything, but I think we all know what's coming for her. And if I were her and I knew how this movie ends, I'd be sad too. The film's details are below, courtesy of Fox Searchlight, followed by the poster. Directed by: Mira Nair Written by: Ronald Bass Produced by: Ted Waitt, Lydia Dean Pilcher and Kevin Hyman Cast: Hilary Swank, Richard Gere, Ewan McGregor, Christopher Eccleston Visionary. Lover. - With Shantaram on hold, Mira Nair's take on Amelia Earhart is definitely taking flight - Variety reports that Hilary Swank and her femine/masculin chiseled features will fit just perfectly with what the records show as a gutsy female pilot. Amelia is currently not attached to any studio (expect a sale probably while filming). The project tells her story in the formative stages of her career. George Putnam, a publisher and publicist, was engaged by society denizen Amy Guest to set up a daring nonstop flight across the Atlantic Ocean. When Guest was talked out of trying to become the first woman to make the trip, she dispatched Putnam to find a female pilot, and to turn the flight into a media event. Production begins this April and the project is financed by Ted Waitt - he will produce alongside Kevin Hyman and Lydia Dean Pilcher; the latter is Nair's producing partner.
