Pauline began her entertainment career in publicity at the ABC owned
Los Angeles radio stations KABC and KLOS, assisting with talent
relations, Talent booking, concert promotions and remote broadcasts. Pauline
transferred to the ABC television network division in the '80s where
she quickly began her career in casting. Pauline worked her way up the
ladder in the casting department from Executive Assistant to Director.
As Director of Casting, she was the executive-in-charge of
casting for ABC's prime time drama series, drama pilots, movies-for-television,
and mini-series until 2001, working with such producers as Stephen
Cannell, David Lynch, Thomas Carter, Ed Zwick, Marshall Herkovitz,David
Manson,Steven Bocho and Zadan/Meron. In 2001,Pauline joined the Fox
Broadcasting Company as Vice President of Casting. At Fox, she was the
executive overseeing casting of Fox's drama series & drama pilots
including, "House", "The O.C","Bones", "Prison Break" and the Emmy
winning series "24".
Pauline is proud to have been included in the "Hollywood Power Issue" of Latino Leaders Magazine in 2005, to have received the Innovative Entertainment Award from the Multicultural Motion Picture Association in 2006 and to have worked with the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival for 6 years.
