Lifetime’s new original film Lonely Crime Fanatic opens with the cliché phrase before launching into the story of a recently separated woman who falls for a true crime podcaster. The twist? The man is homicidally intent on turning her into the subject of his next episode.
The film opens with a nightmare as Ashley (Brenna Skalski) dreams of her husband Paul (David Hurt) attacking her in their home. Once locked and lost inside, they quickly discover that they are not alone and now they are forced to confront their darkest fears. Sean recruited his pop for a small role; the rest of the cast is rounded out by Sean, Alexander Wraith, Antonella Lentini and Kaila York....
