Wilmer Valderrama has been sued by two drivers who claim he failed to pay them for two days of work. Court documents obtained by E! reveal that Valderrama hired drivers Thomas McNeal and James Martell from June 3 to June 4 for his YouTube breakdancing webseries King of the Floor. Two drivers who claim Wilmer Valderrama stiffed them out of pay for two days of work are seeking big bucks for the unpaid wages. According to court documents filed by Thomas McNeal and James Martell Friday in Los Angeles, Valderrama hired the men as drivers from June 3 to June 4 for his YouTube breakdancing webseries King of the Floor with a promise of payment of $25 an hour. McNeal and Martell said they worked for Valderrama for more than 18 hours during the two work days, but he never ponied up the cash.
