The Vans Warped Tour as changed a lot over the years. What started as a summer long tour for Punk and Ska acts has evolved into a multi-genre experience. Some old school fans for the Warped Tour will say that the good bands that made the tour don.t play anymore, but the fact of the matter is that the summer festival has something for everyone. I remember going to the Vans Warped Tour in Ventura a few years back, and I would get to see punk legends Circle Jerks, Bad Religion, NoFX, The Dickies and Adolescents alongside newer acts such as Killswitch Engage, Cute Is What We Aim For, Paramore and Yellowcard. As you might imagine, we listen to a lot of bands here in the MTV Newsroom. Some we know well, some we know less well and some are introduced to us when we open the envelope that contains the press release. This morning, MTV News' own Gil Kaufman received a press release from a band called Child Abuse, which he immediately declared as one of the most ridiculous band names of all time.
While Child Abuse is pretty bad, it probably wouldn't touch the top 50. What Kaufman doesn't realize is that the well of horrible band names is extremely deep. Here are the top 10.
Limp Bizkit
First, there's no such thing as a "bizkit." And even if you assume that it's merely a wacky variation on the word "biscuit," it still doesn't make any sense. What's a limp biscuit? Or a limp bizkit? The world still does not know.

MTV News names the tart-yet-tangy Florida band Rock Week Artists to Watch.
We the Kings

Who: We The Kings, a sunny, impressive quartet from Bradenton, Florida (birthplace of the Tropicana orange juice empire!), with a penchant for writing citrus-sweet pop-punk hooks, are MTV News' second Rock Week Artists to Watch (the first being Brooklyn's Suckers). Originally formed when flame-haired frontman Travis Clark, guitarist brothers Hunter and Drew Thomsen, and drummer Danny Duncan started palling around in elementary school, Wtk started off as little more than a Blink-182 cover band. But once they discovered the dulcet tones of the Beatles (and the not-so-dulcet ones of Jimmy Eat World), they began writing their own tunes. They caught the attention of Fall Out Boy's management team, toured with the likes of Cobra Starship, Cute Is What We Aim For and All Time Low, and, in December, released their sophomore album,...
