Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is known for her glamourous looks at the events.
She is often photographed wearing jewels and costly clothes, but she recently decided to bring her fashion choices down just a notch.
Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, just finished a trip to Canada for their Invictus Games Foundation, which included plenty of trendy fashions, many of which were seen on television in interviews.
Now that she is back in California, Meghan was spotted having lunch with Clare Waight Keller, a former Givenchy employee at the fancy Cipriani in Beverly Hills.
She was wearing what Britsh Vogue called a “Teddy Bear” outfit, which included a black turtleneck by Bleusalt, Ulla Johnson trousers, and a Max Mara coat.
The outfit is befitting a princess and would look great anywhere, even inside a palace, let alone for a fancy lunch at Cipriani.

Another high-profile employee working for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell nonprofit organization has reportedly left.
According to Page Six, head of audio Rebecca Sananès, who was in charge of Meghan’s “Archetypes” podcast, is no longer working for the couple.
It’s not known as of yet whether there will be a second season of the podcast, the publication states, but if there is, producer Terry Wood will allegedly be brought on board for it.
Sources have said that Sananès is now keen to launch her own project after just over a year with Archewell, claiming her departure is “part of a larger growth plan for the Sussexes’ brand.”

Oprah Winfrey’s bombshell interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may not have pleased the British Crown, but it did appeal to Emmy voters. Oprah with Meghan and Harry: A CBS PrimeTime Special earned an Emmy nomination today for Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series or Special.

Associated Newspapers, the owner of UK tabloid the Daily Mail, has written to ViacomCBS demanding the removal of “inaccurate, misleading and divisive” content from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s CBS interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Associated Newspapers’ lawyers complained about a montage in the show that purported to feature headlines from British newspapers. They argue that the CBS special showed images that had been doctored or presented as headlines when they were not. They called for the images to be removed from the interview online and before it is repeated tonight.
“Many of the headlines have been either taken out of context or deliberately edited and displayed as supporting evidence for the programme’s claim that the Duchess of Sussex was subjected to racist coverage by the British press. This editing was not made apparent to viewers and, as a result, this section of the programme is both seriously inaccurate and misleading,...

Oprah Winfrey joined CBS This Morning today to reflect on her bombshell interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle — and in doing so, cast more light on one of the most shocking revelations from the conversation: That a member of the royal family raised questions about the color of their son’s skin.
Markle revealed in the CBS special on Sunday that there were “concerns and conversations about how dark [Archie’s] skin was going to be when he was born.” Prince Harry added: “That conversation, I’m never going to share. It was awkward and I was a bit shocked.”
He did not identify the individuals involved in the exchange, but Winfrey told Gayle King that the Duke of Sussex wanted to make clear through her that it was not Queen Elizabeth II or Prince Philip.

Among the announcements made in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s blockbuster Oprah Winfrey interview was the gender of their second child.
“It’s a girl,” Prince Harry said. The baby will be due in summer and he implied they wouldn’t have any more children, saying, “Two it is.”
When Winfrey asked about his initial reaction to the gender, Prince Harry said, “Amazing. Just grateful. To have any child, any one or two, would be amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more could you ask for? Now we’ve got our family, the four of us and our two dogs. It’s great.”
On Feb. 15, Markle and Prince Harry officially announced their family was expanding. “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother,” a spokesperson for the couple confirmed to Variety at the time. “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex...

Chrissy Teigen said Friday that the media’s aggressive treatment of Meghan Markle, who is currently pregnant with her second child, is “hitting too close to home” and fears the worst for her.
“[T]his meghan markle s— is hitting too close to home for me,” Teigen tweeted Friday. “[T]hese people won’t stop until she miscarries. f—ing stop it.”
Teigen’s comment comes amid bullying accusations against Markle and increased scrutiny of the former royal come ahead of her and Prince Harry’s Sunday sitdown with Oprah Winfrey.
Teigen and her husband, John Legend, lost their unborn, third child, Jack, via miscarriage in late September. Teigen — who has been very open about her miscarriage, sharing her grief with friends and fans on social media in the months since losing the baby — is just one of many celebrities to come to Markle’s defense in the wake of a U.

CBS has set the scene for its blockbuster Meghan Markle and Prince Harry interview by releasing the latest tease of the sit-down, in which the Duchess of Sussex says it feels “liberating” to be able to speak her truth since breaking with the royal family.

In a competitive situation, ITV has secured the exclusive UK television rights to CBS’s blockbuster interview between Oprah Winfrey and defected British royals Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
ITV has fought off competition from the likes of Sky and Discovery to land the rights to what promises to be an explosive interview, in which Winfrey makes clear that there is no subject “off-limits.”
The ITV deal is reportedly worth around £1 million ($1.4M), with the MailOnline first reporting on February 22 that the broadcaster was the frontrunner to land the interview. Variety first reported on Sky and Discovery’s interest.

CBS offered its first look at “Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special,” a two-hour exclusive special that will air March 7.
“My biggest concern was history repeating itself,” Prince Harry says in one of the teasers.
The interview begins with Oprah Winfrey speaking with Meghan Markle about life as a member of the Royal Family, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work and how she handles life under intense public pressure. Prince Harry will join Markle and Winfrey later in the special to open up about their move to the United States and their future hopes for their expanding family. They announced earlier this month that Markle is pregnant with their second child.
It will be the couple’s first major interview since splitting with the Royal Family.
The first looks do not preview any of Markle’s answers, but Winfreys’s inquiries hint at the line of questioning and topics discussed.

Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions has named former Netflix exec Terry Wood as its executive vice president, a newly created role. She will spearhead production of original content for the partnership between Winfrey and Apple, said the company.
“Terry has broad experience across the media industry and an extensive knowledge of what connects to viewers in a meaningful way,” said Winfrey in a statement. “I look forward to working with her as we create content for Apple that can impact people around the world.”
Winfrey and Apple inked a multi-year content deal last year to create original programming. Those projects will be released as part of Apple’s original content lineup.
