Houston-shot comedic horror film Clinger premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival with full houses for both screenings. This quirky feature directed by Michael Steves (Hello, Cruel World) and co-written by Gabi Chennisi (Dark Water), Bubba Fish, and Steves is entertaining horror that turns the rom-com genre on its head, both literally and figuratively.
Jennifer Laporte stars as Fern Peterson, a high-school girl who aspires to receive an athletic scholarship to MIT. From Ned's beheading to Tyrion's tumultuous journey, we recount the key moments to remember heading into Sunday's premiere.

Swords, kings, dragons and things (and by things, we mean an absurd amount of sex and violence): Where else but "Game of Thrones" can you get all that and then some?
Those who've been thirsting for blood and fire are about to get plenty of both when "Thrones" returns for its second season this Sunday, but considering how much time has passed since poor Ned lost his head, you'd be forgiven for not remembering much of what happened all the way back in season one. Well, never fear, true believers; that's what we're here for!
Keep on reading for everything you need to remember about "Game of Thrones" season one before returning to Westeros later this week.

"You Win or You Die"
Summary: After realizing that Jon Arryn was murdered for discovering Cersei and Jaime's twincest, Lord Ned decides to have a meeting with Cersei about it. You know, just to let her know that he knows...the same info that Arryn got murdered for knowing ... does anyone else see a problem here? Jon Snow takes his vows as Watcher. Khal Drogo has no interest in taking Dany to Westeros to take back the Iron Throne until one of King Robert's assassins comes forth; that soon changes the mind of Khal, killing his wife and unborn son and all. In fact, he seems a little peeved, although it's hard to tell under all that guy-liner. And King Robert himself gets gored by a boar, boar-gored; if this show wasn't so exciting I could make tons of boared-to-death jokes ... damn HBO's fast paced excellence.

This recap is a love letter to Geoffrey Nauffts.
Nauffts co-wrote this week’s episode, along with David Marshall Grant (currently B&S’ showrunner). Like Grant, Nauffts is an actor turned playwright, and the fact that his very first play, Next Fall, not only was produced but made it to Broadway And is up for a Tony would normally be the kind of success story that would have me seething with envy. Except I saw Next Fall and could only admire it.
Next Fall explores how a gay couple grapple with their religious differences, and I was impressed how it depicted a very real issue (I know many gay people who have struggled over aspects of their religious affiliations) that we’ve never seen addressed on stage before.
This week’s Brothers & Sisters does something similar, bringing up very real issues that I can’t remember another show addressing in quite this way before.
