Jennifer Aniston delivered another star-powered performance in the new season of Apple TV’s flagship series, “The Morning Show.” The series follows the behind-the-scenes drama of a morning TV show in the US, with co-anchors Alex Levy (Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) at the center of events.
The latest season (season three) depicts Alex quite literally heading into space while she tussles with Jon Hamm‘s tech mogul as a media merger for her show’s network, Uba, bubbles away. Aniston proved herself a master of comedy with “Friends” and here shows, once again, that she has the dramatic acting chops to equal her comedic skills. Aniston is captivating every time she’s on-screen and it’s a delight to see her in one of the meatiest roles of her career, as noted by critics.

Apple TV’s flagship series “The Morning Show” returned last fall for a third season with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon again electrifying our screens. The show initially followed allegations of sexual misconduct surrounding a male co-anchor (Steve Carell) as the #MeToo movement was explored. Later, the series delved into other political topics and current events such as racial inequality, Russia invading Ukraine, Covid-19, and the Capitol insurrection.
Our guiding lights throughout all of this are Aniston’s powerhouse Alex Levy and Witherspoon’s moral-driven Bradley Jackson. In season three, they have to contend with affairs, media mergers, tech moguls (Jon Hamm), producers, and even going into space.
Season three quite literally explored new territories and critics felt that the show hit its stride, nailing its mad-cap, ludicrously entertaining tone.
Peter Travers (ABC News) noted: “Aniston and Witherspoon, plus star newbie Jon Hamm, power up the best season yet for...

Makeup design doesn’t always mean prosthetics or extremes — that’s why the Emmy Awards smartly single out contemporary makeup design as its own category. But too often, those more immediately arresting designs are the ones that get all the attention. Not anymore. Join IndieWire in celebrating the makeup artists creating subtle, character-specific work for contemporary shows.
In “The Morning Show,” viewers get a glimpse of the glamorous and grueling nature of producing national morning news shows through fictional Uba network anchors Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon).
Season 3 of the Apple TV+ drama sees Uba anchors and executives in multiple new locations beyond their home base of New York City, from Texas to the Hamptons to Montana (and even space!). These environments impacted the work of makeup department head Cindy Williams in unexpected ways.

When Apple TV+ launched on November 1, 2019, there were reservations about it because who needed another streaming service?
It seemed like another venture by the tech giant, Apple, to squeeze its customers the last dollars in their pockets as nothing cheap comes from them.
However, the launch surprised many when the service was cheaper than all others in the same industry, and here's the kicker: the shows were actually good.
The streamer hit the mark with its scripted launch dramas that boasted a stellar cast of respectable actors, and the stories told were some of the best of the past ten years.
The launch slate consisted of three top-tier dramas: For All Mankind, See, and The Morning Show.
These shows were peak television with ingenuity, great production value, and, most importantly, great stories.

With The Morning Show named today as one of the AFI Awards’ 2023 honorees for television program of the year, the question arises, how will the Apple TV+ show possibly up the ante for Season 4?
Will Bradley be in jail ? Will Alex be running everything? And will Cory finally give up and go home to his mom to sing another round of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”? With the FBI, a company merger, and a sociopathic businessman (Jon Hamm) in the mix at the close of Season 3, it seems there’s everything to play for next season.
“Everybody keeps asking me if Bradley’s in jail,” Reese Witherspoon said during a press conference moderated by Deadline on Thursday, “but I don’t know if I’m in trouble.”
“But you’ve tried on jumpsuits, right?” executive producer Michael Ellenberg said.
“Did you decide on a shade of orange?” Jennifer Aniston joked.

The Morning Show wrapped its third season Nov. 8 — a moment showrunner and executive producer Charlotte Stoudt admits was an emotional one for members of the creative team, who gathered to watch the season finale at Hollywood’s Linwood Dunn Theater. “It’s really thrilling to watch the show with an audience,” said Stoudt. “It’s not the finale until people see it. I’m all choked up.”
Stoudt — who boarded the Apple TV+ drama starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon as anchors Alex Levy and Bradley Jackson, respectively, for its most recent season — was joined after the screening by nine of the show’s executive producers and artisans to reflect on pushing the show’s characters into more vulnerable territory and the joys of working with the talented A-list actors they have at their disposal.

“I still wake up with a lot of fear and that hasn’t changed, no matter how well you know your craft,” declares Mimi Leder about what has and hasn’t changed over the years since her early days as director on TV classics “China Beach” and her Emmy-winning work on “ER.” For our recent webchat she adds, “it’s a very motivating factor. I guess having worked so long in television and so many different genres, it gives you quite a bit of confidence.” We talked with Leder as part of Gold Derby’s special “Meet the Experts” Q&a event with 2023/2024 awards contenders. Note: The following story contains spoilers from “The Morning Show” Season 3 finale.
Even Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup), the king of chaos theory, couldn’t have predicted the rollercoaster “Morning Show” Season 3 finale. Many moves were made, both solid and uncertain, by Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston), Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon), Laura Peterson (Julianna Margulies) and Paul Marks (Jon Hamm).
Turns out Bradley was right about Paul Marks, even before he confirmed her suspicions by attempting to silence her on air by threatening to out her big bad secret. He even knew that Laura had searched the hack database to discover that Bradley covered up her brother’s assault of a police officer at the Capitol and that she didn’t report the integrity-compromising news. After Cory tried to convince Bradley that Paul leaked the piece in the Vault that cast Cory as Bradley’s groomer, she figured out that Paul had her surveilled,...

[Editor's Note: This post contains spoilers for The Morning Show Season 3 finale, "The Overview Effect."]
Since its debut in 2019, The Morning Show has been drawn to cliffhangers like a moth to a flame, but the Season 3 finale takes a different approach, instead opting for something that looks a whole lot like closure. "The Overview Effect" isn't a series finale — Apple TV+ renewed The Morning Show for Season 4 in late April, shortly after filming wrapped — but with its kumbaya energy and tidy resolutions, it certainly feels like one, particularly where Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) are concerned.

Firstly, a big shout out to Mark Duplass, who has been constantly posting about mental health awareness on Instagram while candidly talking about his own struggle. Several weeks ago, I complained about how his character, executive producer Chip Black, got pretty much sidelined in the latest season of Apple TV’s The Morning Show. Well, I should probably retract that complaint after the latest episode, which also happens to be the season finale. Not that Duplass had a lot of screen time in it, but his impact was felt throughout. And in an uncharacteristically restrained season finale, Chip is the only one who got to scream and drop a galore of curse words, which is a huge deal.
It is sort of funny how the latest seasons of two big-ticket shows (the other one being HBO’s Succession) based their stories on huge corporate deals which are about to change everything.

Things are not looking good for Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) and Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup) in an exclusive first look at the Season 3 finale of “The Morning Show.”
Episode 9 ended with Cory being accused of grooming Bradley, in an article from the gossip rag The Vault that featured a leaked photo of him helping her back to her hotel room while drunk. The clip shows him desperately knocking on Bradley’s door in hopes of talking to her about the situation.
A defeated Bradley — who quit her job at Uba’s evening news desk, live on the air, before the end of Episode 9 — shows up behind the glass pane at the door and faintly asks Cory to leaver her alone.
“Bradley! Bradley! Hey, listen I completely understand why you’d be upset with me. Obviously, I’ve got a lot of explaining to do,” Cory says at the beginning of the clip.

Exclusive: Amidst critical raves for her work on The Morning Show Season 3, actress Nicole Beharie has signed with Sugar23 for management.
One of the newest additions to Apple TV+’s Emmy-winning drama, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the cutthroat world of morning news at a time of dramatic cultural change, Beharie joined in September as Chris Hunter, an Olympic gold medalist who takes on the morning anchor position of Reese Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson at the network Uba. One thing you gotta give Bradley Jackson: She was right to freak out.
The maverick news anchor played by Reese Witherspoon on “The Morning Show” has been off-kilter since Season 3 premiered on September 13, and for good reason; not only was she at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, but her brother Cal (Joe Tippett) was one of the insurrectionists and assaulted a police officer.
Because this is “The Morning Show,” nothing is ever enough. Bradley had to be at the center of history, and she had to have a deeply personal conflict of interest. Despite the number of people storming the Capitol that day, she had to run into her brother, coincidence be damned, he had to hit a police officer, and there had to be video evidence of everything to make matters so much worse.
But Bradley Jackson doesn’t do things by half. Why settle for personal entanglement in matters of criminal prosecution?...

This article contains spoilers for The Morning Show season 3 episode 9.
If you’ve been watching The Morning Show in the past two months, you already know that season 3 is a trip. But if you haven’t, you might want to start. Although the series began four years ago as a sort of prestige drama, attempting to tackle serious issues like the #MeToo movement and cancel culture, by season number three, it’s pretty much left those ambitions behind to embrace its soapy and sensational nature for maximum effect. And one of the wildest twists of this season — and trust me, there’s a plethora of them — comes even before things totally go off the rails and blow up in an uproarious finale.
The biggest guest star the series got to join its regular cast this year is Jon Hamm, playing tech-billionaire Paul Marks, among other newcomers like Nicole Beharie and Tig Notaro.

Picking up from exactly where they left off last week, Apple TV’s The Morning Show returns with a deliciously dramatic, extremely eventual penultimate episode of the season, which sets up the course for an explosive finale. Filled with nail-biting tension, a lot of scheming and screaming, the surprise return of an old face, and Cory Ellison understandably losing his marbles, this episode is basically everything The Morning Show fans love to see in the show. Let us take a closer look.

And following last week’s 2020 flashback reveal that Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson buried evidence around the Jan. 6 insurrection, the sixth episode in the media drama placed Aniston’s Alex Levy in the hot seat as she decides to blur ethical lines — once again — when it comes to her personal relationships.
Alex famously had an intimate relationship with her disgraced former morning show co-anchor, Mitch Kessler, played by Steve Carell. Mitch, who was fired from the show within the show, also titled The Morning Show, over sexual assault, nearly cost Alex her career:...

Subtlety is not a quality I’d associate with Apple TV’s The Morning Show. I never had a complaint about that, as the show works thanks to its hyper-melodrama, but when you are handling a story about credit stealing that led to a suicide attempt, some amount of sensitivity is probably needed. Not that the latest episode is any less entertaining than usual, but the approach it takes with this story doesn’t sit right with me. However, that’s just a personal opinion, and a recap article is not exactly the place to share my own viewpoints. But since I am doing it already, I should also mention that it is really frustrating to see this show continuing to portray Alex Levy as this messiah in the current season, and The Morning Show Episode 6 was no exception, sadly.

[This story contains spoilers from the fifth episode of The Morning Show season three, “Love Island.”]
After jumping ahead two years, The Morning Show hit rewind this week to go back to where the Apple TV+ series ended last season: March of 2020.
The fifth episode in season three, titled “Love Island,” flashed back to shortly after the outbreak of Covid-19 to fill viewers in on what happened in the missing two years between seasons three and four of the Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston media drama.
Most notably, it answered the big question looming over the first half of season three: What’s the secret between news anchor Bradley Jackson (Witherspoon) and Uba network boss Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup)? A secret so big they would do anything to keep it quiet? (Even suggest paying out the network’s hackers $50 million to keep their private communications from being leaked.)

Let us start with a token of appreciation for British-Canadian artist Matt Maltese and his song “As the World Caves In”. There are chances of you coming across the more popular cover of the song by artist Sarah Cothran, who rose to fame thanks to covering a lot of popular tunes on TikTok. The Morning Show uses Sarah’s version throughout its latest episode in such a manner that the song works as a part of the narrative itself. As you are bound to search for it after finishing the episode and Google is going to show you the name of Sarah Cothran as the creator, I feel it is my responsibility to let you know the name of the original artist. Sarah’s version is fantastic, though, and fits right into the world of The Morning Show.

“The Morning Show” is back for Season 3 on Apple TV+, introducing new faces to its star-studded cast. Co-produced by Michael Ellenberg’s Media Res and Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, the drama series promises new frontiers for the harrowed Uba news network, which has struggled from the stains of its past with Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) and the toxic culture he promoted. Returning power players include Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson, Jennifer Aniston’s Alex Levy, Billy Crudup’s Cory Ellison, Karen Pittman’s Mia Jordan and more.
One new face is tech titan Paul Marks (Jon Hamm), who promises all kinds of shakeups and challenges for Uba. Mark Duplass’ Chip Black, Nestor Carbonell’s Yanko Flores, Greta Lee’s Stella Bak and other staple characters at Uba will experience their own microcosmic shifts as a result of Ellison’s bromance with Paul Marks.

In the first two episodes alone, Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) goes into space instead of Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston), and Uba gets hacked! After last week’s satisfying, wish-fulfilling episode, it’s only fear to expect The Morning Show to deliver something dark and herowing this week. Adhering to that, the show delivered exactly that: an hour of captivating drama where the good guys try to outweigh the bad but mostly fail. Although it is hard to distinguish between good and bad in this show, you know what I mean. Billy Crudup, inarguably the show’s best performer, gets his biggest opportunity to showcase his talent this season, and he doesn’t let it go wasted, unsurprisingly. It is a big party day at Cory Land, and everyone at Uba is gearing up for it. Not that all of them are particularly excited to attend the party, but given that it is a party thrown by the CEO, making your presence felt is sort of mandatory, after all.

It’s funny that after the ugliness of Uba’s history got out, Cory wanted to refocus on doing the news, not being the news.
On The Morning Show Season 3 Episode 1, being the news was right up there on his list, as they had an entire media blitz surrounding sending someone into orbit on a formerly untested manned rocket.
As they say, be careful what you wish for because you might just get it.
What happened on the aptly titled "White Noise" was different, though.
After Uba’s data was breached and the studio was effectively held hostage for a short time, revelations began circling amongst the staff. It was only a matter of time before it got outside of Uba.
These weren’t just any accusations, either. It was highly probable, if perhaps not provable by legal definitions, that decisions were made based on race, and the results weren’t pretty.

When Apple TV+ first launched, one of its marquee shows was undoubtedly "The Morning Show." Starring Steve Carell, Jennifer Aniston, and Reese Witherspoon as the anchors of a popular morning talk show in trouble, it quickly gained notice for its star-studded cast as much as for its deliberate parallels to the upheavals in real-life broadcast journalism of the time.
Over the seasons, the series has become less directly based on real-life events, but echoes of familiar stories still remain.
Is "The Morning Show" Based on a True Story?
When the first season of "The Morning Show" debuted in 2019, it centered on a badly behaved, popular man anchor on a beloved morning show, which seemed almost ripped from the headlines. Mitch Kessler, the fictional anchor in hot water (played by Carell), is at the center of a sexual misconduct scandal, including the discovery of a remote "close door" button under his office desk.

In the first episode of The Morning Show‘s return, Jennifer Aniston’s character’s hot take on the new tech titan played by Jon Hamm is that he’s a “need-for-speed, hardass from Silicon Valley.” Top Uba news anchor Alex Levy (played by Aniston) gets to meet the Apple TV+ media drama’s curious new character as she preps for him to launch her into space. The billionaire, named Paul Marks (Hamm), has recruited her for the maiden voyage of his Hyperion One suborbital rocket, which will mark his entry into the spaceflight race.
The audience is sure to have a similar hot take on Paul Marks, who invokes Elon Musk comparisons after the two-episode premiere. “Paul Marks is a character who is an amalgam of a lot of different individuals,” however, executive producer Lauren Neustadter tells The Hollywood Reporter.

When The Morning Show returns, it’s two years after the events of the season two finale.
The timeline of the Jennifer Aniston- and Reese Witherspoon-starring Apple TV+ media drama had ended in March of 2020 with a no-filter, live broadcast from Covid-positive anchor Alex Levy (Aniston), who told her viewers to “stay safe and stay sane” as the country was unknowingly on the cusp of lockdown. Spoiler Alert! This post contains details from the first two episodes of The Morning Show Season 3.
It’s been two years — in real life and in the Apple TV+ series — since Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) signed off of The Morning Show from her living room, encouraging viewers to “stay safe and stay sane” in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
Season 3 of the Apple TV+ series debuted Wednesday, and Uba is back up and running. But who knows for how long. Over the past two seasons, Alex has weathered quite a few storms. It all started with the sexual misconduct allegations against co-anchor Mitch Kessler (Steve Carrell). Then, his sudden death. She also survived being canceled after her own actions, or lack thereof, came to light in relation to Mitch’s misconduct. And to top it all off, she contracts Covid. Her only constant? Work.

That's a lot to digest, and much like The Morning Show Season 2 came out swinging after Covid by including it in their story, The Morning Show Season 3 is taking on some of the biggest stories of the day, even if, for now, they're only touched upon lightly.
A lot has changed in the wake of Covid for Uba. After Alex Levy shared her bout with Covid with a worldwide audience, her popularity has risen to new heights.
While she's basking in parting ways with the berth that made her famous and allowing herself a little more sleep in the morning, not everyone is pleased with her ascension to almost god-like status at the network and with the audience.
Cory needed the assist with his push for Uba+, and while it's not an outright success, it wouldn't have been a contender without Alex.

“We should do the news, not be the news,” declares Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup), the CEO and Machiavellian master of damage control at the fictional Uba network. Does he even know what show he’s on? So many scandalous shoes drop in the blistering third season of The Morning Show, the slick drama about a TV fishbowl that helped launch Apple TV+, you may wonder why they don’t just read the headlines barefoot. Evening anchor Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) harbors a designer’s closet full of personal and ethical secrets with the ability to wreck several careers. When did television travel through the looking glass? The simple answer would be when streaming hit, as the great tech disruptors combined a cavalier attitude toward content creation with obscene sums of money. Where once golden age programs would live and die based on ratings, reviews, and awards — “Mad Men,” for instance, thrived for seven seasons despite never cresting 3 million viewers, thanks to writers’ infatuation and dozens of little gold men — now, those benchmarks are virtually meaningless. No one can succinctly define a hit show, let alone agree on aggregate critical appraisal or the value of all those trophies.
“The Morning Show,” Apple’s inaugural drama with dreams of across-the-board success, embodies the culture shift with its infamous and/or trademark omniscience. Incredible public relations work (and a few critical allies) shifted the initial assessment from mediocre mess to an Emmy-worthy late-bloomer. Ratings were kept under wraps (a policy Apple...

The Morning Show is finally back in all its glory for its third season. The Apple TV+ original series revolves around the battle between a veteran news anchor and a new talented face trying to gain supremacy over one another in the morning television industry in America. The series also focuses on issues like workplace sexual harassment.
The Morning Show initially premiered in 2019, as one of the first Apple TV+ originals. The series was a very expensive takeover for Apple TV+ but they had trust in the series and renewed it for the second season which concluded its run in November 2021, and after two years it’s finally back for its third season.

Apple TV’s The Morning Show, despite boasting a cast full of popular names from Jennifer Aniston to Reese Witherspoon to Steve Carell and now John Hamm, is never really considered to be a great show. The show does have a dedicated fan base, and it has received some love from The Emmys over the course of its first two seasons, mainly thanks to its star Billy Crudup picking up an “an outstanding supporting actor” trophy for his fantastic turn as Cory Ellison. But when people talk about the best TV shows, they do not consider The Morning Show at par with Succession, Better Call Saul, or House of The Dragon. That might just change after Season 3 Episode 2, which I would say is the greatest episode of the entire show and one of the best hours of television of the year 2023.

Note: This story contains spoilers from the first two episodes of “The Morning Show” Season 3.
Season 3 of “The Morning Show” premiered Wednesday, Sept. 13 with two episodes launching on Apple TV+. Dynamic duo Alex Levy (Jennifer Anniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) returned, but not exactly in the same roles as they were at the end of Season 2. The new episodes jumped forward in time to March 10, 2022 — about two years since we last saw the characters, with Alex fighting through Covid in front of the cameras during the early days of the pandemic in 2020.
Bradley has taken on the Evening News chair, which she coveted back when Eric Nomani (Hasan Minhaj) rose up in the ranks to helm the hard-hitting political coverage at Uba. Alex found new fame with “Alex Unfiltered,” her Emmy Award-winning special which stemmed from Chip’s idea to broadcast her live battle with Covid across the airwaves.

The strange thing about Apple TV’s The Morning Show is that, despite having a great cast and the status of prestige television, the show often relies on cheap parlor tricks to enthrall the audience. And the strange thing is, somehow, it always works out. For example, the latest episode, which also happens to be the return of the fan-favorite show, literally sends one of our lead characters to space, only to abruptly cut her off from the live feed and close the curtains. The show is still as fun as it used to be, even though you do get the feeling that a lot has changed. In the case of Tms (please allow me to use the abbreviation from now on), the change seems to be a sign of evolution.

Our favorite screaming match is back for another round. We are talking about The Morning Show, arguably Apple TV’s biggest show in terms of both prestige and boasting big names. The Jennifer Aniston-Reese Witherspoon starrer was pretty much a runway success from the start, thanks to all the high-pitched character drama between its two lead stars and everyone else as well.
Almost two years after the second season aired, The Morning Show is back for its third season. This time, it is sort of the need of the hour for the people who have a thing for the “people just talking loudly and that’s all we need” genre. HBO’s Succession has ended, and we’ll have to wait for God knows how long for FX’s The Bear, but thankfully, Apple TV is here to rescue us with this pressure cooker of a show. Before going into...

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are two of Hollywood’s biggest stars. They first acted together as sisters in Friends, and The Morning Show reunited them as co-leading ladies. Aniston and Witherspoon are TV Insider Magazine’s cover stars for the September 2023 issue (see below), which details everything you’ve been dying to know about The Morning Show Season 3, including exclusive intel about Jon Hamm‘s new character, the details of which have been kept secret until now. The Morning Show Season 3 is “juicier and sexier” than ever, executive producer/director Mimi Leder told TV Insider for the cover story. And the new episodes will see Aniston’s Alex Levy and Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson hitting new career heights with separate ventures at Uba. The co-anchors will still be involved in the titular morning news program, but their roles are going to look much different with their new gigs and colleagues new and old.

Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) return to fictional TV network Uba in new roles in The Morning Show Season 3. Premiering Wednesday, September 13, on Apple TV+, the drama’s new installment finds Alex hitting big with Alex Unfiltered, her solo show created during her rough bout with Covid. Also riding solo in the episode is Bradley, who’s now anchoring the nightly news and is getting award recognition for her efforts. Network news anchors juggling multiple gigs is one of the many ways The Morning Show pulls from its real-life inspirations. Robin Roberts, for example, has been one of ABC‘s most recognizable faces for decades thanks to her work as co-anchor of Good Morning America and her contributions to World News Tonight, 20/20, and ESPN (part of the ABC umbrella). “The show is much juicier and sexier than it’s ever been,” promises executive producer and director Mimi Leder of the third installment of Apple TV+’s The Morning Show, about the on- and off-camera drama at a national rise-and-shine broadcast news program. That’s no small claim. From its first moments, The Morning Show—the series that helped make Apple TV+’s reputation as a streamer—has shocked and captivated. In its explosive 2019 debut season, popular Tms coanchor Alex Levy’s (Jennifer Aniston) longtime on-air partner Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) was exposed for sexual harassment and replaced by ambitious and impulsive plucked-from-obscurity field reporter Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon). The women eventually bonded, using their power to reveal the wider toxic culture of their employer, the Uba network, now led by egomaniac CEO Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup). Last season saw Alex’s departure from the morning news program and her...

A cyber attack threatens to expose secrets and open closets that are best kept locked on season three of Apple TV+’s critically acclaimed, award-winning drama The Morning Show. The season three trailer reveals that the network’s under attack and apparently only making a deal with the devil will save Uba.
The cast is led by Jennifer Aniston as Alex Levy and (Reese Witherspoon) as Bradley Jackson. Billy Crudup returns as Cory Ellison, Mark Duplass is Chip Black, Nestor Carbonell is Yanko Flores, Karen Pittman is Mia Jordan, and Greta Lee is Stella Bak. Julianna Margulies plays Laura Peterson, Jon Hamm is Paul Marks (the ‘devil’ in the above paragraph), and Nicole Beharie is Christina Hunter.
Season three premieres on September 13, 2023 with the release of the first two episodes. New episodes of the 10-episode season arrive on Wednesdays.
Apple TV+ has already confirmed the popular series will return for a fourth season.

The first moments of The Morning Show’s season three trailer look like office politics as usual, with Jennifer Aniston’s Alex Levy and Billy Crudup’s Cory Ellison arguing over what’s apparently an “unprecedented” ask from Alex.
Things take a turn, however, when Uba gets hacked, setting up what looks to be the central crisis for the drama’s coming season, which premieres Sept. 13. While Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) announces the cyberattack on the air, everyone worries about what secrets will come out in its aftermath — and the potential “financial disaster,” as Cory puts it, that could accompany it.
Enter Jon Hamm’s Paul Marks. The Mad Men star will play a tech mogul whose money can help keep Uba solvent but will likely come with strings attached. He also seems to have a past with Alex that raises a few eyebrows within the network.
