Matthew Underwood was arrested in Florida early Wednesday morning. TMZ reports that the 22-year-old former Nickelodeon star was charged with violating a 12-month probation stemming from a previous arrest in April, when he was found in possession of weed and in the presence of a minor.
According to the report, the troubled "Zoey 101" actor was at Cloud 9, a hookah lounge he co-owns in Port St. Lucie, when his night was intercepted by authorities, at around 3 A.M. Underwood is currently in custody at Port St. Lucie jail.
In July, Underwood had struck a deal with prosecutors over his April arrest that allowed the actor to plead no contest to the charges in exchange for a 12-month probation and substance abuse evaluation.
Underwood isn't the first Nickelodeon star to have had trouble with the law, of course. Over the past year, Amanda Bynes' vehicular accidents have been well-documented by the tabloids,...

That’s it, ladies and gents. Summer’s greatest TV mystery has come to an end. That is, if greatest means “most anti-climatic,” mystery means “failed twist,” and end means “end that left us all saying ‘Really, that’s it?’ ” [Entrance to spoiler zone starts here. Use caution.]

Ride With The Devil (Criterion) Ang Lee’s revisionist take on the Civil War is awash in moral ambiguity, along with some stunning cinematography, production design, and fine performances. Set during the Kansas-Missouri border war, Tobey Maguire and Skeet Ulrich star as two friends who join up with the Confederate-sympathizing Bushwhackers, finding an odd ally in a former slave (Jeffrey Wright). While it’s fascinating to see America’s bloodiest conflict through the eyes of a foreigner, thereby allowing much of the previously mentioned ambiguity a certain latitude, the film never loses the bad taste it leaves for one simple reason: it asks us, the audience, to side with not just the Confederates, but some of the lowest trash that made up the dregs, and the fringes, of the movement. Big points for audacity, but snake eyes on the story itself. Singer Jewel is impressive in her film debut.

Just a week after confirming her break-up with DJ Samantha Ronson, Lindsay Lohan stopped by Shamrock Social Club in West Hollywood around midnight on April 8 to get her wrist tattooed. Waiting patiently in line accompanied by her younger sister Ali Lohan, the actress were snapped all smiling at the tattoo parlor.
It is still unclear what Lindsay, who left the venue at around 3 A.M., etched on her wrist. It is also not known whether the new tattoo is inked on her right or left wrist.
Prior to her visit at the tattoo parlor, Lindsay, Ali and their mother Dina were all seen dining at West Hollywood's Nobu. The group reportedly took a seat in the corner of the main dining room. She reportedly was "stressed out and anxious but didn't drink any alcohol, instead opting for a few edamame and bites of a cucumber salad."
A source furthermore revealed that before exiting the restaurant,...
