Roxane toured with Beastie Boys, Lollapalooza, Horde Festival, Willie
Nelson. Landing in Los Angeles at Capitol Records she began to filter
directors for Capitol's artists (Everclear, Beastie Boys, Foo
Fighters). Exiting Capitol, and her passion for music videos MTV hired
her. After working a month, soon to be President, Brian Graden
discovered Roxane's talent and commitment to the department.
Subsequently VH1 persuaded MTV Networks to recruit her in their launch
of VH1 West Coast Original Programming Division, working with their VP,
Jane Lipsitz. After bringing in talent for development VH1 offered a
position to launch the VH1 West Coast Talent Division. In weeks Roxane
developed and presented live "VH1's Top 10 to Watch For," which
included Craig Robinson, Bert Kreisher, Chelsea Handler, Nick Swardson
and Tony Rock. Guest appearances included Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Mohr and
Chris Rock. Roxane became primary force in implementing a face for VH1.
Credits include breakout acts such as Zach Galifianakis, Craig
Robinson, Jim Gaffigan, Nick Swardson,Retta Sirleaf, Tammi Pascatelli,
Rainn Wilson and more. Undertaking additional roles, she planned and
coordinated the networks celebrity events, award shows, wrap parties
becoming the direct contact for the celebrities and on-air talent.
Other highlights include consulting for American Idol for host talent
and consulting Urban talent for ABC "Car Poolers."
As a Director of Casting/Development Producer she's created, developed, cast and produced series with Sirens Media/Leftfield Entertainment.
Her visionary concepts have landed presentations, pilots and series for Showtime, A&E, TLC, Bravo!, WE!, FYI, Oxygen and CMT.

After exit of HBO Aspen Comedy Festival, Roxane executed the annual Rooftop Comedy Festival (Aspen, CO) which is still going today.
Roxane is a catalyst for the FLDS Polygamist community and those trying to escape it. She is also the Hollywood Ambassador for Stop Child Trafficking Now (SCT.org) and does charity work with the stars for the foundation nationwide.
