LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s The SpringHill Company has named Geraldine Pamphile executive vp, international to help the company take full advantage of opportunities to bring its storytelling and intellectual property to international audiences.
She joins the production, consumer product and brand consultancy company from blockchain start-up Lamina1 where she has been serving as chief business officer. Previously, Pamphile held leadership roles at the NBA and Trace, the French media group focused on urban culture and music.
At the NBA, she led international business development, serving as vp, international business development, global content and media distribution. She first worked for the basketball league in Asia Pacific, where SpringHill says she drove 90 percent of the revenue of the league in the region across media and merchandising businesses, before being relocated to the New York headquarters.

Hot on the heels of ESPN’s “Last Dance” series about Michael Jordan, a new docuseries which aims to find out what makes athletes like LeBron James, Tom Brady and Alex Morgan among the greatest at their individual sports, is coming to Apple.
The streamer has greenlit “Greatness Code,” a seven-episode short-form series that spotlights untold stories and pivotal moments that defined each athlete’s career. “Greatness Code” is slated to premiere July 10 on Apple TV Plus, joining Apple’s doc slate which already includes “Beastie Boys Story,” “Home,” and “Visible: Out on Television.”
This new series is being co-produced by Uninterrupted (the athlete empowerment brand founded by James and Maverick Carter) and Religion of Sports.
Season 1 of the show will highlight James, Brady, Morgan, world’s fastest man Usain Bolt, five-time Olympic champion swimmer Katie Ledecky, prolific surfing champion Kelly Slater, and iconic snowboarder Shaun White.

On Wednesday, Apple announced Greatness Code, a short form documentary series co-produced by LeBron James’ Uninterrupted and Tom Brady’s Religion of Sports and directed by Emmy-winner Gotham Chopra (Facebook Watch’s Tom vs. Time). Greatness Code will debut globally July 10, exclusively on Apple TV+.
