Jose Luis Rodriguez has denied the allegations about the image, which won the prize last October, Sky News reports. However, Louise Emerson of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year office said: "The judging panel was reconvened and concluded that it was likely that the wolf featured in the image was an animal model that can be hired for photographic purposes. Madrid -- A hacker briefly hijacked Spain's official Web site for its presidency of the European Union, inserting a large smiling picture of comic character Mr. Bean, an official said on Monday.
The supposed resemblance of the bumbling slapstick character played by British actor Rowan Atkinson to Spain's Socialist Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero has been a running joke in Spain for years.
A recent edition of leading newspaper El Pais printed a cartoon depicting Zapatero as Mr Bean above an article critical of the government's handling of the economy, in which unemployment has more than doubled to about 19%.
An official at Zapatero's office confirmed a security breach had affected the page specially set up to mark Spain's six-month presidency of the EU but added that no information at the site had been affected.

Two-thousand-and-nine may be the year of the ox in the Chinese Zodiac, but in Hollywood, it’s the year of the wolf, what with Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, Wolverine, Twilight: New Moon and The Wolf Man all coming out within a span of 12 months. But this past week has had an especially high wolf content. (Speaking of wolf content, I once ordered a bottle of concentrated wolf urine from Amazon just to see what the deal was—I warn you never to try this indoors: it was the foulest, most devastingly, primordially evil stench I’ve ever inhaled in my life that required we evacuate half the office. Anyway, back to Wolf Week.) We hereby bring you a list of the week’s lupine links: • Vf Daily’s own Andi Teran interviewed three of the Quileute werewolves from Twilight: New Moon: Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon, and Chaske Spencer.

Copenhagen -- Rio de Janeiro will host the 2016 Olympics after winning a landslide victory over Madrid in the final round of voting among International Olympic Committee members on Friday.
Carlos Osorio, general secretary of the Brazilian bid, told Reuters: "Overwhelming, spectacular, unbelievable."
The Brazilian delegation broke into singing their "Marvelous City" song, all waving flags and hugging each other. Rio will be the first South American city to host the Games.
The announcement, which was delayed by several nervous seconds as Ioc president Jacques Rogge struggled to open the envelope, left Brazil President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and much of the rest of the Brazil bid team in tears of joy. "Like in every competition there can only be one winner," Rogge said.
"Tonight I have the honor to announce that the Games of the 31st Olympiad are awarded to the city of Rio de Janeiro," Rogge said.
