During the 2011 Emmy Awards In Memoriam segment, a group sang a four-part version of "Hallelujah" over the montage of the deceased entertainers. And if you are anything like us, you were sitting at home going, "Who the heck is that singing? Show more Jill Clayburgh." (Well, maybe not that second part.)
The group is none other than the Canadian Tenors, a group hailing from all over Canada, including Toronto, Quebec and Vancouver. Members (above, l to r) Fraser Walters, Remigio Pereira and Victor Micallef have been together since 2006, adding Clifton Murray in 2009.
Their upcoming tour includes various cities in Canada, plus New York, Dallas, Washington D.C. and more. What did you think of their "Hallelujah"? We'll add video when we have it.
