Exclusive: We hear that Screen Gems has preemptively bought Reparations, a script by Jeff Howard and Andre Owens described as an action heist movie interwoven with a socially conscious theme.
Various details about the script are being kept under wraps, but the pitch is: When a lost cache of Confederate gold falls into the wrong hands, an amateur crew comes together to get the gold and use it to fund long overdue reparations. A search for a director is currently underway. Craig Flores, who was behind last summer’s profitable Paramount hit Crawl, is producing under his Bread & Circuses Entertainment label. Crawl received a shout-out on the Viacom investor call Thursday from boss Bob Bakish as one of three hits from the Melrose lot to make money alongside Rocketman and Dora the Explorer. On the eve of release, a deleted scene and strangely hilarious gag reel for Hellraiser: Judgment have been summoned up from the fiery depths of hell.
The former comes to us by way of Bloody Disgusting and places detectives Sean Carter (Damon Carney) and Christine Egerton (Alexandra Harris) in a nondescript church, where they ramble on about religion, the Old Testament, and their own struggles as lapsed Christians.
You can see why it didn’t make the cut, as it’s a little cliché and doesn’t necessarily advance the plot, but fans of Hellraiser will still find comfort in this human-oriented scene that takes place far beyond the bowels of Pinhead’s lair.
Speaking of which, Screen Rant completed today’s unofficial one-two punch by releasing Judgment‘s gag reel, which finds fun behind the torturous horror and sadomasochism, followed by a shot of Pinhead, an ancient (immortal?) being of indescribable power,...

Ol’ Pinhead will find himself a bit bored in the imminent Hellraiser: Judgment.
Or so says Paul T. Taylor. The actor, who’s about to become the third person to play the iconic character, spoke to ComicBook.com ahead of Judgment‘s release next week (February 13th) and was sure to draw attention to his character’s long, bloody career of torturing souls.
I think it kind of came from the script. It came from Gary’s direction. In this script, it seems that Pinhead is in more of a sort of bored place, but the arrogance is all there. He has all the power. As he says unknowingly, he doesn’t know what’s going to happen, he says, ‘I have nothing to fear.’ He’s just at a place in his life where he’s jaded. I think he’s possibly older than he’s been before in other films,...

Evil seeks evil.
That’s the chilling tagline attached to Hellraiser: Judgment, Gary J. Tunnicliffe’s long-awaited horror revival that thrusts Paul T. Taylor into the role of Pinhead, a cold, calculating demon who hails from another dimension.
As the historic 10th entry in the cult horror series, there’s an air of cinematic legacy lingering over Tunnicliffe’s Judgment, and today, Bloody Disgusting has served up a suitably creepy clip of Pinhead plotting his next move, which ends with a shrill, Inception-esque blast of music.
To offer some context to the footage, Tunnicliffe was on hand to describe the above clip:
The clip goes a little way to explain some of the new mythology and mechanisms, and you finally get to see and hear our new Pinhead in action. We would love to be able to show more images and clips, but finding something that isn’t too blood-drenched,...

The steady, blood-red stream of Hellraiser: Judgment content continues today with Bloody Disgusting unveiling some creepy new stills from the forthcoming horror flick.
On paper, it’s the straight-to-video revival from Gary J. Tunnicliffe, who has been developing Judgment since as far back as 2015. Inspired by the works of Clive Barker, Tunnicliffe’s über-violent gorefest aims to resurrect the Cenobite Pinhead (Paul T. Taylor) in style, and maybe – just maybe – spawn a sequel of its own.
Before we get swept up by forward-thinking and speculation, though, Bloody Disgusting’s gallery is a puzzle box of sadomasochistic experiments, which, if nothing else, acts as living proof that Hellraiser: Judgment is four weeks away from making Event Horizon seem like a bright and breezy Disney movie.

When any actor has embodied an iconic character for an extended period of time, it’s only understandable that fans sometimes have difficulty adjusting to their successors. Even in the case of a vastly talented performer like Jackie Earle Haley, there were many who just couldn’t accept someone playing Freddy Krueger other than Robert Englund. Likewise, we ask for no tears, please, regarding the third actor to play Pinhead – it’s a waste of good suffering.
As you may or may not know, Paul T. Taylor has been hired to portray the most recognizable of all Cenobites in the upcoming Hellraiser: Judgment, which happens to be the tenth installment in the franchise that originated in the mind of the one and only Clive Barker. This time, though, it’s a returning Gary J. Tunnicliffe, director of 2011’s Revelations, who’ll be taking us from the pinnacle to the pit.

Stephen King has always been a hot commodity in Hollywood. We've been seeing his books and stories adapted into films and TV shows since the 70s. But, with It exploding at the box office, he's probably more popular now than ever.
Deadline reports that a new King project is being adapted into a feature film. It's based on a supernatural short story called Suffer the Little Children and it's being adapted by writer and director Sean Carter. This story was published in King’s Nightmares & Dreamscapes and this is what it's about:
Suffer the Little Children is a supernatural thriller that centers on a recently divorced first-grade schoolteacher who notices some “unsettling” traits in the children in her class: flashes of a bizarre texture lurking underneath their skin and a chilling, conspiratorial secrecy to the way they play together. And now, people in her new town are dying mysteriously. Is this all just paranoia,...

"They want us to fight back!" Voltage Pictures has released an official trailer for a horror film called Keep Watching, a creepy voyeur thriller about a family imprisoned by intruders. The concept of this one is a bit uncomfortable, but that's what makes it horror, right? A bunch of cameras are rigged up in a house where a family is tormented, while live viewers can watch as they're killed off. But they don't know if what they're watching is real or staged, they're just told to "keep watching". (Cue eye roll now.) The cast includes Bella Thorne, Natalie Martinez, Christopher Baker, Ioan Gruffudd, and Chandler Riggs. This looks a bit too bland and uninteresting, despite the freaky concept. And I'm guessing no studio wants to deal with the backlash of releasing a movie about watching people die, but it is finished and just waiting for a release. Here's the first...
