Toronto -- Natalie Lisinska, William Devry ("Bold and the Beautiful") and Matthew MacFadzean are top-lining "InSecurity," the Canadian espionage sitcom from Verite Films and Company Name Here Productions.
The 13-episode CBC comedy stars Lisinska as a rookie agent and Devry as a politically savvy spy boss, while MacFadzean plays Jack Bauer-wannabe Burt Wilson.
The Canadian spy comedy about a fictional National Intelligent and Security Agency (Nisa) agency charged with keeping Canada safe...ish, also stars Grace Lynn Kung, Richard Yearwood and veteran Quebec actor Remy Girard.
Production on "InSecurity" has started in and around Regina, Saskatchewan, and will continue through September.

Writer-director Adam Green reportedly brought the house down at this month's Weekend of Horrors event in Los Angeles put on by Creation Entertainment. On Saturday, Green brought together cast and crew for a panel previewing this fall's Hatchet II . While a full report is coming from our own Burt Wilson, he wrote in with the following on the two clips that were shown at the panel: "The first clip is Rick [McCallum] and another guy hunting in the woods. They know something is up and Rick mouths, 'What the f**k?' Then Crowley comes out with a giant-ass chainsaw. They shoot at him but he keeps coming at them, swings the chainsaw up through their legs...and cuts them both in half simultaneously. Clip number two features a big fight in a cabin with [Leatherface star] R.A....

CBC, Canada's public TV network, announced that it ordered 13 episodes of the action comedy InSecurity (formerly known as The B Team). The production on the show's first season will begin principal photography in July 2010 in Regina, Sakastchewan, with additional shooting in Ottawa, Ontario.
