So what did Brad Paisley think after seeing his exhibit for the first time at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum? Of course he couldn’t resist. He had to bring out his famous wit.
“When’d he die?” he deadpanned. “That’s what it feels like.”
But don’t think for a moment that the exhibit opening on Thursday wasn’t an overwhelming experience for Paisley and his entire family, including his wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, who had just lost her mother the day before from a long battle with dementia.

Things are getting pretty complex in the supernatural world of Intruders. Here's Gerri's review of Ave Verum Corpus...
This review contains spoilers.
1.4 Ave Verum Corpus
Last week on Intruders, Richard continued to kick ass, Jack and Amy realised that they were in desperate need of couples counselling (or in Amy’s case, a good exorcist), and Marcus continued to terrorize the Seattle suburbs as a nine year old girl. Seriously. A nine year old girl.
Episode four starts out with Marcus, asleep in the back seat of a car, dreaming of the time Maddy’s parents bought the beach house and she sat down at the piano, for the first time ever, and playing like a pro. His dreams got darker as he remembered the end of his past life, getting (what I assumed to be) buried alive. Which begs the question, exactly how long has Marcus been squatting like...

A Detroit-area couple who met in a support group for weight loss surgery patients exchanged wedding vows after losing a collective 380 pounds. Crysta Danaher, 34, of Windsor, and Bill Anderson, 44, of Allen Park, were married Saturday at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, where they had bariatric surgery and later met, the Detroit Free Press reported. Anderson has gone from 459 pounds to about 250 pounds since his May 2009 operation. Danaher has lost about 180 pounds since her 2009 procedure. "We were friends first," Danaher said. "My mom knew him first and always said 'I wish you'd meet a guy like Bill.' He grew on me.

New John Simm-starring supernatural drama Intruders, now showing in the UK, gets off to a bumpy but promising start...
Intruders, created by Glen Morgan of X-Files fame (a man who knows his creeping dread), is based on the 2007 Michael Marshall Smith novel. Like Morgan, Smith is not a newcomer to the sci/fi thriller genre. Winner of the Philip K. Dick award, he is a prolific author who has been compared to both Dick and Stephen King.
Such recommendations can have polarizing effects. On one hand these are writers who have made their money churning out commercial paperbacks. On the other hand they have written consistently engaging work for decades.
What does this mean for viewers? That the series is based on a novel by an author with a proven record of success and that it was adapted by a showrunner with a proven record of success in the genre.

This "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" tribute just might be the most totally radical thing you watch all day. You've never seen Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo quite like this before.
Created by Malcolm Sutherland, a self-proclaimed "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" superfan, the animated video was a passion project for the Canadian animator.
"Ever since I read the original black and white comics as a kid I have been a fan," he explained on his Vimeo account. "In 'Tmnt' Vol. 1 by Mirage Studios they frequently had guest artists and almost every comic was a totally different style. In particular, when I read #37 and #42 By Rick McCollum & Bill Anderson it totally changed my life ... Those books are so beautiful, and are so intense and full of magic that they left a deep mark on me. Anyway, I always wanted to do a 'Tmnt' comic myself, but in the meantime here is a fan animation instead.

Malcolm Sutherland is showing off his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom with this animated tribute he created using his own cool unique take on the characters. I've been a fan of the Ninja Turtles for as long as I can remember, and it's cool to see the legends live on in the hearts of fans and the studio executives that want to reboot them. Here's what the artist had to say about his video,
