- Scott is a film producer born in Michigan and raised in California. He studied acting at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at The University of California at Irvine. Scott began his career at the world-famous Hollywood Improv comedy club as the showroom manager in the late 90s.
Scott produced the horror feature film "Rogue River", starring horror legend Bill Moseley, Michael Cudlitz, Chris Coy, and Art Alexakis (lead singer for Everclear) and was released by Grindstone Entertainment and Lionsgate.
Right before the start of the pandemic, Scott was in Poland executive producing the award-winning sci-fi feature film "Warning", starring Annabelle Wallis, Alice Eve, Kylie Bunbury, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Thomas Jane, and Alex Pettyfer. The film was repped by The Exchange and was released by Lionsgate.
Most recently, while in the middle of the delta surge of the pandemic, Scott went to Montana to produce the feature film drama "Mending the Line", starring Brian Cox, Sinqua Walls, Perry Mattfeld, Patricia Heaton, Chris Galust, and Wes Studi. The film had its World Premiere in 2022 at The Woodstock Film Festival and later had its West Coast Premiere at the San Diego International Film Festival where it won the prestigious Valor Award. XYZ Films handled sales. Blue Fox Entertainment released the film theatrically nationwide in June 2023 and Sony Pictures Entertainment released the film digitally September 2023.
Scott has enjoyed working with some incredibly talented and inspiring people in the business, has traveled the world, served his country, drove in a vice-presidential motorcade, produced national and international commercial campaigns for massive brands, thrown grenades, performed on stage in front of thousands of people, marched in a presidential inaugural parade, produced over 250 live concert events, and has been lucky enough to do what he loves for the past 25+ years.
