Orville Peck has released Stampede: Vol. 1, an album of duets with singers like Willie Nelson, Elton John, Nathaniel Rateliff, and more.
Originally announced back in April, Stampede: Vol. 1 comprises of seven duets — two covers and five originals. Peck previewed the album by joining Willie Nelson for a rendition of Ned Sublette’s “Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly Fond of Each Other.” Orville Peck also recruited Elton John for a cover of his beloved 1973 track “Saturday Nights Alright (For Fighting).”

Orville Peck’s third studio album is coming in hot and the country musician is staying true to its title. Stampede Vol. 1 will be released on May 10, featuring a full slate of duets with appearances from Elton John, Noah Cyrus, Midland, Allison Russell, Nathaniel Rateliff, Bu Cuaron, and Willie Nelson.
