The Kardashians are promising “insanity” ahead when they return for more of their Hulu reality series.
And while the synopsis for the second season of the reality TV family’s series promises to show the family’s unbreakable bond “as they navigate their public and private lives for the world to see,” the most high-profile storyline has been left out from the official trailer.
The nearly two-minute official first look at season two of The Kardashians, which debuts weekly starting Sept. 22, features each member of the Kardashian family opening up about their own struggles and triumphs of late. Kim Kardashian speaks of her “season of independence” and makes no mention of Pete Davidson, her first public relationship since filing for divorce from Kanye West last year.
The pair’s whirlwind romance came to an end after nine months of dating earlier this month.

Three months after the finale of the successful first season, “The Kardashians” are returning to Hulu. The reality series’ second season will premiere Sept. 22, Hulu announced Monday.
The date was announced via a teaser for the reality series, which notably reveals that Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson will be featured in the upcoming season. Davidson is seen at the very end of the teaser, in a scene where Kim asks him to shower with her. Elsewhere, Kim discusses how happy her new relationship is making her.
“Life is good, I have a new boyfriend,” Kim says in the teaser. “I’m just having a really good time.

Hulu has unveiled the first trailer for “The Kardashians,” the new reality show starring the internationally famous family premiering on the platform April 14.
“The Kardashians” is following the same formula as “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” the 2007-2021 E! reality series that launched members of the family to A-list fame. Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner will all return from the original reality series to star in the new Hulu show.
The trailer teases fresh storylines pulled from recent headlines about the family, including Kim’s new relationship with “Saturday Night Live” comedian Pete Davidson, her divorce from Kanye West, Kourtney and Travis Barker’s attempts to have a baby, plus Kylie’s second pregnancy.

After months of delays, the “Friends” reunion special could be shifting out of second gear.
According to Matthew Perry, one of the original show’s stars, the special is now scheduled to start shooting in March. The news comes after the special was delayed multiple times due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and its impact on physical production.
It was originally supposed to film back in March of this year with a live audience, however, those plans were scrapped when the pandemic shut down almost every production across the country. WarnerMedia Entertainment and Direct-to-Consumer chairman Bob Greenblatt then said in May that the company was hopeful the special would shoot by the end of the summer. But once again those fingers had to be un-crossed.
An individual with knowledge of the special’s production plans stressed that no precise dates have been determined for shooting, but that early 2021 is indeed the target time frame.

David Schwimmer offered an update on the postponed Friends’ Reunion Special on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Monday. He said HBO Max is planning a production start date sometime in August for the special, which has been put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“It’s supposed to happen maybe in August, the middle of August,” Schwimmer told Fallon. “But honestly, we’re going to wait and see [for] another week or two, if we all determine it’s really safe enough to do. And if it’s not, then we’ll wait until it’s safe.”
Schimmer, who played Ross Geller on the NBC sitcom, described the unscripted special as “a really fun interview” with “some other surprise bits.” It will reunite Schimmer, along with series stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry on stage for the first time in 16 years.
