Block, Megan Hilty, Andy Karl, Kathy Fitzgerald and Marc Kudisch in the cast. Dolly Parton was composer and lyricist. Patricia Resnick wrote the book. Joe Mantello was director. Scott Pask was scenic designer. William Ivey Long was costume designer.
