There are many great shows in this world and many of them get canceled unjustly, and they don’t get to finish the story they were trying to tell what’s even sadder is that sometimes they end on a note that needs some type of resolution and if it’s a Netflix original series there is even a higher chance of that. So, today we are making a list of every Netflix original series that was canceled in 2024.
Obliterated (2023)

Plot: A look behind the scenes at the music of 007, from the crafting of theme songs to the scores themselves.
Review: I think the first time I ever noticed film music was in a James Bond film. My love of the James Bond film series has been well-documented here on JoBlo. After all, Nick Bosworth, our director of YouTube Operations, and I did a whole series about the 007 franchise – James Bond Revisited. But, one of the areas he and I always wanted to explore was the “James Bond sound,” most notably the music and work of John Barry. Indeed, the franchise as it exists today would not have survived were it not for the Barry sound. Everyone credits Monty Norman as the composer of the James Bond theme, and there’s some truth to that. Still, the orchestration by John Barry with the distinctive guitar playing by Vic Flick...

Fuller died of natural causes on Monday in Toronto, his wife, Claire Prieto-Fuller, told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
Fuller’s play about the racially motivated murder of a Black sergeant on an Army post in Louisiana during World War II won the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1982. He wrote the Oscar-nominated screenplay for Norman Jewison’s 1984 film “A Soldier’s Story.” The film, which starred Howard E. Rollins Jr., Denzel Washington, David Alan Grier and Robert Townsend, was also nominated for Best Picture and Best Supporting Actor for Adolph Caesar.

“Dancing with the Stars” will get shaken, not stirred, when it celebrates Bond Night on Monday’s episode.
To mark the 60th anniversary of the release of the first James Bond film, “Dr. No,” the top 14 will perform to Bond theme songs on Week 3. But you won’t hear one notable tune: Adele‘s “Skyfall” from the 2012 film of the same name and the first Bond theme to win the Best Original Song Oscar. The subsequent two Oscar-winning themes, Sam Smith‘s “Writing on the Wall” from 2015’s “Spectre” and Billie Eilish‘s title track to last year’s “No Time to Die,” will be represented on the show.
And with the moody nature of most of the tracks, you will not be shocked to learn that there will be lots of rumbas — eight of them, to be exact. Definitely a missed opportunity not to make it 007.

At long last, all 25 James Bond films will be available for streaming in one place, with the entire 007 franchise officially landing on Amazon Prime Video starting next week on October 5.
For years due to various rights issues, the Bond movies were scattered across numerous disparate streaming services and never all in one place, with some — namely a couple of the Daniel Craig entries — being especially tricky to track down for streaming. As part of the 60th anniversary celebration for Bond, but also in no small part thanks to Amazon’s acquisition of MGM earlier this year, that’s finally changing, and Bond fans now have access to all the films as included with a Prime Video subscription.

Throughout 60 years of James Bond movies, there has been one constant: the music. Stars, directors and writers have come and gone. There has even been one hard reboot (in between "Die Another Day" and "Casino Royale"). But the main theme (credited to Monty Norman) and the scores have maintained the series' aesthetic continuity. Every time you buy a ticket for a Bond film, you know you're going to hear that brassy, syncopated bah-bah-buh before the opening credits hit.
The music, however, serves more than just a tonal purpose. When done well, the scores heighten the audience's emotional investment. Indeed, you could make a very credible argument that the franchise wouldn't have survived its first lead change without a brilliant theme.

Plot: Irwin “Fletch” Fletcher (Jon Hamm) is a former investigative journalist living as a travel writer based in Rome. Now involved with an heiress (Lorenza Izzo), when her father is kidnapped, he heads back to the States to find a priceless, stolen art collection they need for his ransom. “It is with great sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our husband, father, brother and friend, David A. Arnold,” Arnold’s family said in a statement. “David passed away peacefully today in his home and doctors have ruled the cause of death due to natural causes. Please keep our family in prayer and respect our privacy at this time as we are all shocked and devasted by this loss.”
Arnold’s death came as a surprise to industry insiders. He was affiliated with Kevin Hart, who produced Arnold’s second Netflix standup special, “It Ain’t for the Weak,” which debuted in July. The special revolves around routines focusing on Arnold’s family life as well as marital spats and entitled kids.

“I was able to just go to work and have fun every day,” Wahlberg told Variety. “John created an amazing environment for everybody, not just myself, Kevin and Regina, but for everybody to be at their creative best and try things.”
The comedy follows Kevin Hart’s Sonny Fisher, a stay-at-home dad who decides to take some personal time away for himself by reconnecting with Wahlberg’s Huck for a weekend birthday trip.
“Seeing Mark come to work, sit in his chair and talk to the cast and crew, this is a guy who’s been doing it for years!” Hart told reporters of Wahlberg’s work ethic. “I’ve been fortunate enough to work...

Well, it would seem that the seemingly eternal wait for the next Bond film is almost at an end. MGM’s financial quagmire is almost at an end. The biggest question, though, is whether or not director Sam Mendes is still on board.
According to ex-wife Kate Winslet, he is. In an informal (note: keyword here is informal) chat with the Daily Mail, Winslet revealed that, if all goes well, she’ll be moving over to England with the kids to support her ex-husband during production.
Sam is doing the next Bond film, all being well, and we’ll all be in England if that happens. It’s such a massive commitment for him and it’s not fair for him to commute backwards and forwards to New York from London. It would be impossible. The children will be there with me.
