- A Hawaii transplant, Jeff moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to pursue acting and has appeared in numerous Features.
In 2008 Jeff decided to take a step back from acting, and start to dabble in Casting. Jeff was mentored by numerous Casting Directors including, Sheila Manning, Tracy 'Twinkie' Byrd and Pam Bouvier.
Immediately, Jeff became the Casting Director for the American Division of the largest international web series "The Scary City (2009)".
Also, in 2008, Jeff produced his first feature "Why Am I Doing This? (2009)", a multi-ethnic comedy which won the New Vision Film Award at San Jose Cinequest Film Festival in 2009 and Best Narrative Feature at Philadelphia's HBO Film Festival in 2009.
Recently, Jeff completed principal photography on a new dramady he is produced called We Are Family. He also produced an Urban Romantic Comedy, "Perfect Combination (2010)". Both films are coming out in 2010.
Jeff is currently in development with Outlier Co., Producers Mark Morgan & E. Thompson of Twilight Franchise. They are working on a US remake of the Korean hit "200 Pound Beauty".- IMDb Mini Biography By: Liquid Oz PR
- Had a Hawaiian homecoming working on the New Scooby Doo Movie Aloha, Scooby-Doo! (2005) as the Narrator. Alongside local girl Tia Carrere and Hawaii's very own Don Ho, doing the song for the film "That's How the Islands Say Aloha"!.
- Originally up for the Series Regular role of Teng for ABC's show The Knights of Prosperity (2007). Ultimately, the role was cut out of the series. The series was canceled due to low ratings up against "American Idol".

- In 2005 he was a series regular on a new show called Ding Dong Feng Shui (2005) for ABC Family that was filmed in Boston. It was promised an 8 episode order. After filming the Pilot episode, ABC Family had put the show on hold, during the time Michael Eisner was being asked to resign from his position at Disney. During this transition, they decided to halt production until further notice, awaiting new management for development at ABC/Disney. After months on hold, the show was shelved for creative differences between the networks and the creators.
- When first starting out in 2001, he met David Blue at an ESPN commercial callback. Both of them ended up not booking it. But as fate allowed, the both of them met again a week later on a Microsoft commercial shoot, alongside Bo Barrett, son of Production Designer K.K. Barrett! From that day, they've all became great friends and hang out on a regular basis!.
