Kung Fu Panda is one of the best animated franchises that captivated the interest of audiences of all ages and backgrounds. The intriguing idea of talking animals giving their best to learn the art of Kung Fu made it more exciting. With the franchise centered around the protagonist Po Ping, a giant panda who went through several tribulations to learn lessons that inspired many, it surely gained a special place in fans’ hearts.

While the idea of talking animals clinched our attention, the franchise never explained the lack of humans. However, a psychotic fan theory reveals the existence of humans in an animal-dominated society.

Kung Fu Panda has become one of the most iconic animated series of all time. Although targeted at children, the films have found a huge viewership among adults. This is not surprising considering just how good the films are. Perfectly balancing comedy and story, they have created a world like no other. Not only does it have deeply fascinating power structures and dynamics, but it is one of the most beautiful worlds in animation.

The third film from the franchise was released in 2016. When it was announced that a fourth part would be coming out, eight years after the previous one, many expected it to be a flop. However, fans cannot seem to get enough of these characters and the world.

For the first time in nearly a decade, Kung Fu Panda is back on screen with the fourth installment of the series. Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston is also back to reprise his role in the franchise as Po’s biological father, Li.
Cranston is one of the most versatile actors around, and his genius extends to voice acting as well. In addition to impressing the audience with his charisma on screen, he has also breathed life into characters through his voice alone.
Li is just one of the many characters that Cranston has voiced in his career. And yet, this role could not possibly be any farther from his Emmy Award-winning turn as Walter White in the AMC crime drama Breaking Bad. Unsurprisingly, between the two characters, Cranston certainly had a lot more fun as Po’s father.

Are you a fan of the Kung Fu Panda film series? Well, then be ready to muster your forces, because Kung Fu Panda 4’s original plan for Angelina Jolie & Jackie Chan’s characters will have you bouncing with grief. Or perhaps swinging from the trees like Monkey and Tigress themselves!
DreamWorks Animation’s latest release debuted in theaters earlier this month (March 8), continuing the adventures of Jack Black’s character, Dragon Warrior Po. With a new city and a deadly new enemy to defeat in order to keep the valley peaceful, Po must find himself in the fourth installment, which is helmed by Mike Mitchell.

It isn’t every day that you hear that an A-lister does not even know about the details of their popular on-screen character. However, that is exactly what happened with Dustin Hoffman in the Kung Fu Panda movies when he lent his voice to the character of Master Shifu.

Kung Fu Panda is one of the most popular animated franchises on the planet and it is so for excellent reasons. The series has incredible characters, amazing voice actors, and a completely non-ambiguous plot. With Kung Fu Panda 4 arriving in theaters soon, my mind has of course been occupied with thoughts of the original three films. From 2008 to 2016, the Jack Black-led animated franchise went from an almost immediately-dismissed joke premise to a worldwide phenomenon; garnering critical praise and a massive fanbase over the course of the trilogy.
Now, eight years on from the third entry and with a new one on the horizon, how do the original three hold up? Does the humor still work? Are the action scenes as breathtaking now as they were back then? Is there still life left in these characters? Well, there’s only one way to find out.

Kung Fu Panda 4 will be the latest entry in a franchise that has entertained the masses for over fifteen years with the adventures of Po, an anthropomorphic giant panda, as he takes it upon himself to become a kung fu master.
With how well-loved the animated series is, it’s only natural for the stakes to have been elevated for this upcoming release. Not only through the narrative, but also through behind-the-scenes techniques that were used to accentuate and enhance the film’s fight sequences.

DreamWorks Animation has unleashed a brand new trailer for the much-loved follow-up in the franchise of ‘Kung Fu Panda 4.’
After three death-defying adventures defeating world-class villains with his unmatched courage and mad martial arts skills, Po, the Dragon Warrior (Golden Globe nominee Jack Black), is called upon by destiny to … give it a rest. More specifically, he’s tapped to become the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace.
That poses a couple of obvious problems. First, Po knows as much about spiritual leadership as he does about the paleo diet, and second, he needs to quickly find and train a new Dragon Warrior before he can assume his new lofty position.
Even worse, there’s been a recent sighting of a wicked, powerful sorceress, Chameleon (Oscar® winner Viola Davis), a tiny lizard who can shapeshift into any creature, large or small. And Chameleon has her greedy, beady little...

If you're anything like me, you caught the first "Kung Fu Panda" way back in 2008, thought it was a cute and harmless way to spend 90 minutes, and only ever thought about it again whenever it played on FX. But in the 15 years since, Universal Pictures and DreamWorks have pumped out two more big-screen sequels, three TV shows, four shorts, and even a holiday-themed TV special that, for all I know, have probably been the obsession of countless children over the years. In fairness, the idea of a kung-fu fighting panda is absolute IP gold, so I get it!
All this to say that, despite the overwhelming success of the movies, we actually haven't returned to the world of anthropomorphic, martial arts expert animals since "Kung Fu Panda 3" in 2016. That's probably because the threequel ended up as the lowest-grossing movie of the series, despite positive reviews and the fact that...
