Simon Sherr has had an affinity for Dance, Martial Arts. and gymnastics since birth. "Star Wars", "TRON", "The Last Starfighter" and then the original theatrical release of "Robocop" forced him to follow his dream of being in the visual effects industry from a young age, following artists like Rob Bottin, Phil Tippet, Don Bluth, and Stan Winston, as well as the breakthrough work in "Jurassic Park" by ILM, he pursued a career in digital visual effects where James Cameron's approach to advanced visionary technology in the early stages of "Avatar" production encouraged him to pursue a career as a mocap performer and animator. In 2003 he moved into games due to the challenge of executing in real-time and preparing for the future of the eventual development on Neural Networks for VFX , AR/VR and drove the animation middleware called "ANT" for Electronic Arts.
