Katie Thurston is back on the reality dating show scene, and this time, she's trading roses for f-boys. The "FBoy Island" star made her first TV appearance on the 25th season of "The Bachelor," which starred leading man Matt James, back in 2021, and it was then that we knew she'd be a contestant to watch.
From bringing her very own sparkly purple vibrator for her first impression to poking fellow castmate Mari Pepin on the arm with it when her time talking to James was up, Thurston made it clear from day one that she is sex positive, outgoing, and hilarious to boot. We couldn't get over her history-making first-episode antics, her willingness to take on "Queen" Victoria Larson's major attitude, and her emotional breakthroughs with contestants like Sarah Trott. She then went on to helm season 17 of "The Bachelorette," where she got engaged to contestant Blake Moynes, though they later broke up.

Season 25 of The Bachelor seemed promising, beginning with the casting of Matt James as the first Black Bachelor, as well as the show's most diverse cast to date, featuring over 25 self-identified Bipoc women. Unfortunately, for a show with a long history of problematic racial underpinnings, this season has illuminated that the franchise is still unprepared to handle the complexities of race and the denouncing of racism on its platform. As made evident by which contestants and storylines get screentime, whiteness has again prevailed as the main character.
Each episode this season has been especially hard to watch, as we continually received narratives around the white contestants - and the drama surrounding them - rather than the women of color. It is a shame that we did not get to learn about the stories of the accomplished Black women, such as Chelsea Vaughn or Pieper James, who brought a different perspective...

For one of the questions, Andy wanted to know how the Bachelor really felt about polarizing contestant Victoria Larson, a.k.a. Queen Victoria. This led Matt to silently stare directly into the camera as he picked up his beverage and took a drink, signifying that he would not be answering the question. "Ohh, wow!" Andy replied...

It only took two weeks for the unfortunate star of this season’s The Bachelor to emerge.
Victoria Larson entered the 25th season of the ABC franchise wearing a crown and referring to herself as “The Queen.” Ever since, she has monopolized airtime with her antics, which have centered around “hazing” her fellow female contestants, rather than focusing her attention on the one man they are all competing to marry.

Last week’s episode left viewers with Matt James’ commitment to getting to the bottom of the bullying between contestants. Katie Thurston brought the drama to Matt’s attention after Anna Redman circulated a rumor that newcomer Brittany Galvin was an escort.
The women maintained the “old vs. new” mentality when it came to picking sides with contestants, but were quickly brought down to Earth when Matt gathered them for a lecture. He referenced the culture of bullying, the mob mentality and the toxicity between the contestants: “If you have to belittle someone else for you to shine, those aren’t the qualities that I’m looking for in a wife,” he said.
Matt pulled Brittany aside to listen to her experience, and she emotionally discussed being harassed in the house. It was...

When I think of a queen, the names Beyoncé, Meghan Markle, and Michelle Obama immediately come to mind - not Victoria Larson. The 28-year-old made her entrance on Matt James's season of The Bachelor on a literal throne and introduced herself to the other contestants as "Victoria, like the queen." Since then, several people and outlets have been referring to her as "Queen Victoria," but actually, she's far from regal. Victoria is an entitled, attention-seeking bully.
At first, I thought the whole royal thing was cute. You know, every contestant has their thing, and who wouldn't want to be royalty, right? But I quickly learned this wasn't the same. From the very beginning, Victoria has made it clear that she's not there to make friends, but she purposely goes out of her way to disrespect the women. During week two, Victoria told Matt that her roommate, Marylynn Sienna,...

Victoria Larson is taking accountability for her less-than-kind behavior on The Bachelor. The 28-year-old entrepreneur, who dubbed herself the "Queen" on the show, is still in the running for lead Matt James' heart—but is definitely the so-called "villain" of the season. As Bachelor Nation fans may recall, she told Matt that Marylynn Sienna was "toxic," leading to Matt booting Marylynn from the show during the rose ceremony. Victoria also railed against Sarah Trott for interrupting a group date, leading to Sarah choosing to exit the show. "Queen Victoria" also snatched a crown off new contestant Catalina Morales' head, suggesting...

If that old saying, "You are who you surround yourself with," is any indication, then perhaps Matt James should find better friends. Though it may seem that The Bachelor star rarely hangs out with anyone other than Tyler Cameron, he does have other friends. People got to know these fellas when Matt and Tyler went golfing with the group and later shared videos of the excursion. In one clip shared to Instagram by fan account @bachelornation.scoops, Matt stands ready to take his shot when his friend Jerry tries to throw him off his game by commenting on contestant Victoria Larson's figure. "Now how was Victoria's body? Cause when I look at her, it doesn't look very nice," Jerry...

Victoria Larson is looking on the bright side of this not-so-regal news. Days ago, the Bachelor contestant, who has come to be known as Queen Victoria on Matt James' season of the dating series, made headlines when her 2012 mug shot from a shoplifting arrest reemerged. At the time, the then-19-year-old was accused of stealing just over $250 worth of merchandise from a Publix supermarket. She was charged with first-degree petit theft and pleaded no contest. Larson was ordered to six months of probation after serving two days in jail. The reality star has now spoken out about the resurfaced situation—and her reaction is more positive than you might have expected. "I feel liberated, like...

In the wake of last week’s departure of contestant Sarah Trott, Bachelor Matt James struggled. But while he concerned himself with what her exit said about him, some of the women were more than happy to see her go.
Season villain Victoria Larson remarked that “The trash took itself out.” Katie Thurston — the only one to stand up for Sarah after her exit — called out Victoria for her mean-girl behavior. In a recurring theme, Katie was forced to act as the moral compass for the contestants.
After the dust settled, seven women departed for their group date. While there was no daytime activity shown, the evening portion consisted of each woman getting a chance to talk one-on-one with Matt. Among the standouts was Chelsea Vaughn, a model from New York who had...

The Bachelor's Victoria Larson isn't going to let her past define her future. Shortly after fans learned she had been arrested for shoplifting back in 2012, the season 25 contestant took to Instagram to seemingly issue a response. "Every saint has a past & every sinner has a future," she wrote on Jan. 22. "John 8: 7." According to court records obtained by E! News, the self-dubbed "queen" Victoria was arrested for petit theft of the first degree in Florida on July 3, 2012. The paperwork stated the Tallahassee Police Department received a shoplifting complaint from the supermarket Publix after the reality star was spotted putting more than 25 items into a reusable...

The Bachelor's Victoria Larson isn't quite as regal as she claims. Despite calling herself "Queen" Victoria, the 28-year-old reality star was arrested for shoplifting back in 2012. E! News has obtained her mugshot and the police documents, which detail her arrest at age 19 for stealing more than $250 worth of merchandise from a Publix super market in Tallahassee, Fla. According to the official report, she was arrested on July 3, 2012 after she was caught on camera stealing 25 items, including groceries and makeup. A witness saw her place items in a reusable shopping bag inside her shopping cart, but when she went to pay at self-checkout, she didn't...

Sarah Trott is speaking out after self-eliminating from Matt James' season of The Bachelor. Just hours after the Jan. 18 episode aired, during which Bachelor Nation saw Sarah's tense exchange with the fellow contestants, the broadcast journalist took to Instagram to send a message. In her post, Sarah shared a quote that read, "Real queens fix each other's crowns," which appeared to be a reference to her fellow contestant "queen" Victoria Larson. "We see the quote 'women supporting women' all the time on the internet but what does that really mean?" Sarah asked. "To me, it means sharing encouragement instead of judgment. Refraining from...

Ever since Season 25 of The Bachelor premiered, we’ve been staring at Victoria Larson, this iteration’s quasi-villainess and self-proclaimed “Queen,” trying to figure out just who she reminds us of. Bachelor Nation fans on Twitter have their theories, comparing the 27-year-old Los Angeles real-estate agent to everyone from 2006 Lady Gaga to Nora from iCarly.
And then it hit us (as it should have any fan of HBO’s underrated two-season comedy Vice Principals): Victoria is a watered-down version of that show’s female antagonist, Jen Abbott, played with brilliant, unhinged abandon by actress and current Righteous Gemstones star Edi Patterson.

Victoria Larson has definitely started the drama early on The Bachelor, as the self-professed "queen" started feuding with other contestants right off the bat. Her unusual job description as "queen" has raised some eyebrows, too - does she even have a regular job? In fact, from what we can tell, Victoria has quite the varied résumé.
Going back to 2018 and 2019 on her Instagram, we can see photo proof of one of her jobs: she worked as a flight attendant on private planes. On one post from December 2018, for instance, she posted a picture of herself in uniform, with hashtags like #privatejet and #flightattendant, making it very clear just in case the picture wasn't clear enough. Her final public post of her flight attendant career appears in January 2020.
Victoria's Instagram account also reveals another professional venture of hers. She has her own beauty website, Vikki Larson Beauty, where she runs a hybrid beauty and wellness brand.

With 24 women remaining during the first week of Matt James’ season of “The Bachelor,” in an attempt to narrow down his suitors, he hosted three dates: two one-on-ones and a group date.
Before the dates got started, the women moved into their new home at the Nemacolin resort in Pennsylvania. The women settled in — well, all except for Victoria Larson, who vocally opposed the “sisterhood.” While the rest of the contestants rallied around Bri Springs after her invitation to the first one-on-one, Victoria responded by complaining to a producer.
“I hate this girl power bullshit,” Victoria said. “You guys are either lying or fake or fucking losers. Then get off the show. This is not a sorority.”
While Victoria continued to complain, Bri went off on the first date, where she and Matt spent the day riding ATVs.

Season 25 might just prove to be one of the most exciting seasons The Bachelor has seen in a lot time. Not only is it the first time the show has had a Black bachelor, but the women competing for his love are very interesting. Among them is Victoria Larson. Victoria, who commonly refers to herself as ‘Queen’ turned a lot of heads during the first episode with her big personality. Many viewers were somewhat surprised when Victoria received a rose from Matt over some of the other women, but Victoria wasn’t surprised at all. She came to win Matt’s

Victoria Larson might've missed out Matt James' first impression rose, but he still loved her royal entrance. During the Jan. 4 premiere of The Bachelor, fans were introduced to all of the women vying for the real estate broker's heart—including contestant Victoria who crowned herself the "queen." Though her grand entrance—during which she was carried in while wearing a tiara—was met with some eyebrow raises, Matt appeared to enjoy his time with Victoria. "I appreciated everything about Victoria's entrance and who she was because...whatever you need to do to stand out she did it," the 29-year-old Wake Forest alum told Jimmy Kimmel during a...
