Super Nintendo World is coming to Universal’s Epic Universe in Orlando and we have the first concept images. It’s the second such attraction at a Universal park in the U.S.
One key difference: The Orlando version looks bigger, a benefit for the fact that can house additional elements.
The Orlando attraction’s Super Mario Land will have some of the same features as the Hollywood attraction, including a real-life Green Pipe, Peach’s Castle, Piranha Plants, Goombas and Bowser’s Castle, where guests can take a spin on Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge.
But it will also have Yoshi’s Adventure, which will make its U.S. debut at Epic Universe.
Another addition is Donkey Kong Country, which will include a first-of-its-kind family coaster called Mine-Cart Madness.

The worst characters in gaming are typically the ones these protagonists are up against. However, amid the shortage of single-player campaigns, thanks to the live service epidemic, protagonists are becoming rare in video games.
But that’s not always the case. Sometimes, protagonists can be just as annoying. The sad part is players cannot get rid of them if they like the video game they are playing. Such a dilemma.
Why Do Antagonists Have All the Hate When These ‘Pros’ Are There? Here Are the Most Hated Protagonists of Gaming
Some characters will stick with the players like glue, and while the players may want to bury them in the ground, it’s not really possible. Let’s say they are just hanging by the mercy of the video game, as players won’t be allowed to proceed further without them. We picked five of such characters whom gamers might find very lovable.

Universal Orlando revealed new details about one of the most highly-anticipated lands in its upcoming Epic Universe expansion park: its very own Super Nintendo World.
Orlando’s Super Nintendo World will be the company’s second such attraction in the U.S., after the Universal Studios Hollywood attraction of the same name that opened early last year and has become wildly popular. The Orlando attraction’s Super Mario Land will have some of the same features as the Hollywood attraction, including a real-life Green Pipe, Mt. Beanpole, Peach’s Castle, Piranha Plants, Goombas, spinning coins, ? Blocks and Bowser’s Castle, where guests can take a spin on Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge.
One key difference: The Orlando version looks bigger, a benefit for guests not only in the fact that it has additional features, but because one drawback of the fan-favorite Universal Hollywood attraction has been that it’s fairly small and gets crowded quickly.

You know how the petrichor soothes the mind and soul after a dry and hot summer day? Well, this is how the new Netflix anthology series The Grimm Variations introduces itself in the first episode, titled Cinderella. Based on the classic folktales of the Brothers Grimm, this series takes the innocence out of the folktales and replaces it with dark, depressing outcomes. Disney won’t be very happy now, I assume. The brothers Wilhelm and Jacob narrate the tales to their little sister Charlotte as she eagerly waits for the twists and turns that are about to come.
Spoilers Ahead
How Do The Stepsisters Meet?
Cinderella’s abusive stepsisters are a pivotal part of the folktale. The tables have now turned, and Cinderella is the daughter of a viscount. Viscount Otawara proposes marriage to Miss Tsuruko, who has two daughters from her last marriage. Makiko and Sawako come to their...

The word "iconic" gets used a lot, but if there's one character who deserves to be called that, it's Mario. The little mustachioed guy revolutionized gaming (and plumbing) forever. He has defended kingdoms against countless threats, saved princesses, and even fought off gorillas. He hasn't done all that much actual plumbing, but he has been a racer, a doctor, a golfer, a superhero, and even an elephant.
After the huge, incredible, and not entirely surprising box office success of "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" — not the Bob Hoskins one, the Chris Pratt one — it was inevitable that we would get more of the Mario brothers. After all, if Mario can have almost as many careers as Barbie, why not add "movie star" to the list?
While we wait to return to Mushroom Kingdom and witness Bowser's latest attempt at getting Princess Peach to marry him for some reason, let's...

Through My Window, the Spanish Netflix Original, is a series of three films adapted from the book written by Ariana Godoy. The three movies span through three different stages of the lives of the main characters, and they are surrounded by their family and friends who shape their lives. Raquel and Ares come from two different financial backgrounds, yet they find a way to fall in love and remain inseparable. There are several characters that motivate them to be better people, a process that takes three whole films to come to a pass.
Ares Hidalgo
Ares Hidalgo, the middle son of the rich businessman Juan Hidalgo, comes across as a spoiled brat. He is a senior at school, and Raquel caught his attention as his neighbor. Originally released way back in 1996 and marking Mario’s final appearance on the Snes, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, developed by Square, became the blueprint for the Mario franchise’s sporadic forays into the world of RPGs. The Switch remake is, in essence, the same game with new visuals and a re-recorded soundtrack. Outside of a new combat meter that adds in a party-based ultimate attack, Super Mario RPG remains mostly unchanged in terms of gameplay. Luckily, this doesn’t much matter for a game as quick, funny, and consistently engaging as this one.
Much of Super Mario RPG’s creative spark, as well as a great deal of its many fantastic jokes, comes from the tension between its simplistic Mario roots and Square’s more layered storytelling approach, namely across its storied Final Fantasy franchise. This tension exists most clearly in the way that the game...

This month sees the launch of Super Mario Bros. Wonder: the first new Super Mario game on the Nintendo Switch since 2017’s Super Mario Odyssey and the first side-scrolling Super Mario game since 2012’s New Super Mario Bros. U on the Wii U.
While there’s plenty of buzz about Wonder being the first Super Mario game to feature a different voice actor for Mario (instead of franchise veteran Charles Martinet) in over 25 years, the game also marks the return of prolific Nintendo developer Takashi Tezuka, who serves as Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s producer.
A presence with the Super Mario series since the beginning, Tezuka is the unsung figure behind making the video game hero a global icon and figurehead of the entire video game industry.
Takashi Tezuka’s Extensive History at Nintendo
Tezuka joined Super Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto as the assistant director and co-designer of 1985’s Super Mario Bros....
