Ludwik Flaszen was born on 4 June 1930 in Kraków, Malopolskie, Poland. He was an actor and writer, known for Akropolis (1969). He died on 24 October 2020 in Paris, France.
Theater and literary critic, translator. Co-founder of the Laboratory Theater in Wroclaw operating in 1965-84, director of the theater since 1980. One of Jerzy Grotowski's closest associates.
