Amanda's back. And the bitchiness that erupts from her very pores in the first 10 seconds of her appearance alone is enough to make me squeal. It's delicious. Thank God she's on the show. I might start liking it from now on.
There will be a battle of the blonde bitches. You better believe it. Check out photos from the November 17th episode and watch the promo and a fantastic sneak peek below. Look at how she rolls her eyes when she sees Ella's outfit. It's priceless.

She's back! In an exclusive clip from Heather Locklear's first episode of the CW's Melrose Place revamp, her character Amanda Woodward makes a dramatic (and fashionable!) surprise return to offices of Wpk Public Relations, walking in on Caleb (Victor Webster) and Ella (Katie Cassidy) as they're discussing the launch party for their client Riley (Jessica Lucas) and and her new jeans campaign. While Ella is convinced all she needs to do for the event is "drink the free champagne," her boss tells her, "You're doing this ... under direct orders from New York." "Oh, well you can tell New York that when we're looking for their opinion, we'll ask," she fires back. Her timing couldn't be worse. In walks Amanda, who says, "Why don't you tell New York yourself?" Close your mouth, Ella! "You know how I love surprises," a stunning Amanda continues. "This L.A. branch is drowning in »

On tonight's episode of Melrose Place, the police search Auggie's (Colin Egglesfield) apartment after his blood was found on Sydney's (Laura Leighton) murder weapon. They also want the other residents to demand where he went.
Yet the more significant part of the episode is probably the spotlight on the relationship of Riley (Jessica Lucas) and Jonah (Michael Rady). The thing is, a work incident has Jonah pretending he's engaged to Ella (Katie Cassidy), but she really gets into the role-playing, and this kind of causes him to reflect on stuff about his engagement with Jonah. Add to this the pressure for Riley to decide whether or not to help the police, because she actually knows where Auggie is staying.

The Police Arrest Auggie For Murder
After learning Auggie’s (Colin Egglesfield) blood was on Sydney’s (Laura Leighton) murder weapon, the police search his apartment and demand the other residents tell them where he went. Riley (Jessica Lucas) is conflicted about whether to help the police, but Jonah (Michael Rady) pushes her to make the call as she knows where Auggie is staying.
Meanwhile, a work incident causes Jonah to pretend he’s engaged to Ella (Katie Cassidy) who really gets into the role playing. David (Shaun Sipos) arranges a secret play date with his little brother Noah (guest star Cameron Castaneda) but after the little boy hurts himself, »

We previously posted a short promo video of Heather Locklear's return to Melrose Place, which is scheduled for November 17. Now we have the complete set of promo photos, along with a synopsis (thanks to theCW). It looks like Amanda Woodward will be stirring up trouble right from the get-go. Exactly what this show needs. One question, did we already know that Amanda apparently owned the publicity agency that Ella works at?

We hope you're excited about Heather Locklear's return to Melrose Place, fans.
Because The CW plans on featuring a great deal of Amanda Woodward soon after she re-debuts on November 17.
According to Jessica Lucas (Riley), the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010 is pretty much all Locklear, all the time.
"The back nine will be focusing on Heather. There is some kind of mystery there between her and Sydney, so Laura Leighton may be staying on in some form," Lucas said to E! News.
As for the supposedly spoiled murder mystery - due to her firing, it seems clear Ashlee Simpson-Wentz's Violet was involved in Sydney's death - Lucas says viewers will still be surprised to see what went down.
"Episode 12 is the whole wrap of the murder mystery, so something really shocking happens in the pool. It ties in with the murder mystery, but it's something completely unexpected. »

We got a blast from the past on Melrose Place last night and possibly a snippet of the future as well.
The Fashion Shoot From Hell
Despite Riley being pumped for her photo shoot, she has the jitters, but mostly because she feels bad for lying to her class about being sick. Really, Riley? Jonah, on the other hand, has a meeting with a big shot producer on the Paramount Studios lot, which he is surprisingly calm for on the outside. The couple is as happy as two Walt Disney characters in love, and even has birds building a nest outside their house. Boy, how much a day can change!
Auggie notices the nest building birds in the courtyard and Violet notices Auggie noticing the birds, but Riley steps outside and kills any game that Violet had planned for Auggie… And the crazy eyes come out. Watch out, Riley! Auggie and Riley talk, »

Tonight's new episode of Melrose Place is all about Jessica Lucas' Riley.
Agreeing to be a model, in order to help support her and her financially-challeged fiance Jonah, Riley falls under the direction of former cast member Daphne Zuniga, who reprises her role as Jo Reynolds.
As a clip from the show has revealed, viewers may be seeing more of Riley than ever before this week... literally!
Meanwhile, in an interview with TV Guide, Lucas speaks on what's to come for her character and for the show in general. A few excerpts:
On Riley hanging out with Jo: It's a coincidence. She's the photographer for the [Anton V.] shoot. Riley is actually a huge fan of hers because she took pictures of Darfur that Riley studied at Nyu. They have a weird connection in that way.
On Riley's future as a model: Her one experience with it leaves a horrible taste in her mouth. »

On a show that's all about bad girls, Jessica Lucas' Riley Richmond has spent six episodes being the good girl. Of course, being a good girl on The CW's "Melrose Place" doesn't necessarily mean the same thing as it does in a different zip code. Yes, Riley is a humble elementary school teacher, engaged to aspiring filmmaker Jonah (Michael Rady). But that doesn't mean she's above getting drunk and making out with neighbor Auggie (Colin Egglesfield). And while Riley isn't willing to go quite as far as doctor-turned-hooker Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) to fix her financial woes, this Tuesday's (Oct.... »

Jessica Lucas knows that signing on to play Riley, one-half of Melrose Place's happy couple (Michael Rady's Jonah is the other half), is a risky move on a show so single-centric. For that reason, she says, "What was important to me ... [was] establishing Riley away from Jonah and as having a strong point of view." Though she sings Rady's praises, let's face it: Nobody stays together forever on this show like this. "We're kind of headed down that road," Lucas admits. But first, she'll pose on a beach for photographer Jo Reynolds (original cast member Daphne Zuniga), who returns to Melrose for two episodes this season starting Tuesday (9/8c, CW). Lucas tells us why Riley isn't cut out to be a model, what Zuniga told her and why we should all brace ourselves for the cutest breakup ever.

Tuesday means a new episode of Melrose Place and Jenna Dewan's first appearance on the show. It's also the return of another original cast member: Daphne Zuniga. The star-studded event successfully raised over 10.2 million dollars for the charity Feeding America in one night. For those who don't know, Feeding America (formally known as America's Second Harvest) is the nation's largest domestic hunger-relief charity, with network members supplying food to more than 25 million Americans each year.
The benefit concert featured live performances by Sheryl crow, Ben Harper, Joel and Benji Madden from Good Charlotte, "American Idol" alumni Katharine McPhee, Tom Morello, and Johnny Lange and remote performances from One Republic, Miley Cyrus, and Rob Thomas.

News broke last week that Heather Locklear will be returning to Melrose Place this fall, but if having to wait until August to see the bitch return has gotten you down, never fear, this week's Melrose Place has something for you. Original cast member Josie Bissett will reprise her role as Jane Andrews Mancini, the sister to the now dead Sydney. And it seems that Jane is quite the spunky little one these days as she'll take control of the building that she has inherited from Sydney. She'll also use her super-bitch status to convince Ella (Katie Cassidy) to allow her to dress one of her up-and-coming clients in a Jane Mancini original design for an upcoming movie premiere. And if you think that sounds exciting, its only the beginning. You can read all of the details below in the official press release from The CW.
