If you caught up with "M*A*S*H" sometime after the beloved wartime sitcom ended its much-lauded original run, you'd be forgiven for having no clue about the series' spinoffs. After all, 50 years after it first aired, "M*A*S*H" remains a major pillar of TV history -- for its rollicking anti-authority spirit and bleeding heart attitude, its genre-blending and experimental episodes, and its record-breaking finale telecast, which is still by some measures the most-watched in the history of television. "AfterMASH," though? Well, not so much.
It's a testament to the flagship series' strengths that decades after it ended, its bizarre and short-lived spinoffs haven't tainted its reputation at all. In fact, they've mostly been forgotten, in part because they're unavailable on streaming and tough to find on home video. Three "M*A*S*H" spinoffs were made in hopes of capitalizing on some of the original series' magic, but only one -- the...

All Rise's final season has found a successful formula, and I wish the series continued longer.
All Rise Season 3 Episode 13, we brought back Carl Brewer's murder trial and some legendary guest stars, including Dda Thomas Choi (Reggie Lee) and Lola's archrival, Corrine Cuthbert (Anne Heche).
This brought significant courtroom drama for Lola.
Mark and Luke suspected Carl Brewer was guilty of murder when another body was found in All Rise Season 3 Episode 12, and Carl was arrested for four additional murders.
While I was excited to see Dda Choi back to assist Mark, I was disappointed that Luke wasn't helping them. I wanted to see them team up on this case, but since Luke was Carl's defense attorney before, it wasn't ethical.
Since Carl slipped through their fingers before, Mark was even more determined to win this case and not buy into Carl's act that he was a sick,...

Arnold Schwarzenegger, 76, enjoyed his weekend as he and his girlfriend, Heather Milligan, 48, went to Germany to take part in the 188th Oktoberfest in Munich.
Schwarzenegger wore a collared olive green shirt and blue jeans, and a brown coat to keep warm. Mulligan, his physical therapist girlfriend, wore a brighter outfit as she chose to wear a purple and white dirndl — an outfit usually worn by women during Oktoberfest.

This isn’t the couple’s first time attending Oktoberfest, though, as they have reportedly made it a regular event to go to each year, and sometimes even bringing family along. All three of Schwarzenegger’s sons have joined the couple to attend the German festival on different occasions.
Joseph Baena, 25, Schwarzenegger’s son from an affair with his previous housekeeper, Mildred, went to Oktoberfest in 2016 to celebrate his 19th birthday.

It certainly isn’t a stretch to consider any Todd Haynes filmography part of the Queer Oscar Canon. The filmmaker brought us La Blanchett in the all-timer Carol and as a gender-bent Bob Dylan in I’m Not There. He directed Laura Dern and Kate Winslet on the small screen in prestige HBO offerings Enlightened and Mildred Pierce (respectively). And I know I’m not alone in my extreme anticipation for his forthcoming May/December, his third collaboration with primary muse Julianne Moore. If the proverbial Dorothy is 'a great actress or queer icon of her generation' than the man is a *friend* of Dorothy. But my favorite, and an early example of how a queer perspective permeates through his style, enriching the work, is Far From Heaven.
Far From Heaven, a juggernaut on the 2002 Critics Circuit, eventually was nominated for four Academy Awards- including one for Haynes’ himself for Best Original Screenplay.

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for The Ultimatum: Queer Love finale and reunion.] Old habits died hard after Tiff Der and Mildred Woody got engaged on The Ultimatum: Queer Love. While they ended the season on a happy note, that engagement bliss was long gone in the Episode 10 reunion, streaming now on Netflix. Host JoAnna Garcia Swisher had been doing the rounds with the cast, asking about their noteworthy moments (good and bad) from the season when she asked Tiff about their fight with Sam Mark. Tiff barely got to comment on this moment before Mildred interrupted to shift the focus onto her. What happened next was a snowball of accusations as Mildred and Tiff fought about their sides of the story of their intense breakup. One of the revelations was Mildred revealing her arrest. As she stated in the reunion, she was arrested at their shared home around the ...

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been a household name for almost six decades, and through the years, he's earned dozens of titles, including actor, bodybuilder, politician, businessman, and philanthropist. He received possibly his most important title in 1989 when he became a dad for the very first time. He went on to welcome four more children, with his youngest being born in 1997.
He shares four children - two sons and two daughters - with ex-wife Maria Shriver. News of his fifth child did not come until 2011 when he revealed he had fathered another son, Joseph Baena, with his longtime housekeeper Mildred Baena, per The Hollywood Reporter. Mildred had given birth to Joseph the same year Maria and Arnold welcomed their youngest son, Christopher, together.
Arnold opened up about the impact having an affair had on everyone in his life in his May 2023 Netflix docuseries, "Arnold," calling it one of his biggest failures. "I...

Los Angeles, June 5 (Ians) Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger has opened up about the affair he had in 1996 – with his housekeeper – while he was still married to Maria Shriver.
The actor, 75, is set to “tell his own life story” in the upcoming three-part docuseries ‘Arnold’, which is scheduled to be released on June 7, reports Mirror.co.uk.
And now it has been revealed that in the tell-all docuseries, Arnold will recall the moment Maria confronted him about the affair. In 1996, Arnold had an affair with housekeeper Mildred Baena, who fell pregnant and welcomed a child nine months later, which happened to be just five days after Maria and Arnold’s son Christopher was born.
Mirror.co.uk further states that at the time, nobody knew that Mildred’s son was actually Arnold’s child, or that Christopher was his half-brother.
But as Mildred’s son Joseph grew up, she noticed that...

The world of “The Ultimatum” has officially expanded with the new spinoff, “The Ultimatum: Queer Love.” Following the same format as “Marry or Move On,” the first season of Netflix’s reality show, five pairs are at a turning point in their relationship and one has given an ultimatum. At the end of the eight-week experience — during which they enter a trial marriage with someone new — each individual must decide if they want to marry their original partner, be with their new match or leave alone.
In “Queer Love,” the group is made up of women and nonbinary cast members, half of whom are looking to marry their more reluctant partners — or so they say. Here, executive producer and Kinetic Content CEO Chris Coelen breaks down the differences in casting, the inconsistency in pronouns throughout the season, the choice to cast someone straight as a host and much more.

Nearly 400 items, including personal letters, provide insight into the life of the actor who died at the age of 24
It could only be him. James Dean is squinting and smiling, a cigarette hanging from his lip, and wearing a leather jacket and glove. The silver gelatin photo from a 1955 motorcycle session is a classic Hollywood portrait but it is also unique. It measures 13.5in x 10.25in and has an inscription, written with a dark blue ballpoint pen, from Dean to his agent Jane Deacy: “To Mom / My heart and thanks / Jim.”
The actor regarded “Lady Jane”, as Deacy was called, as a second mother because his biological mother, Mildred, died of uterine cancer when he was nine years old, and he was estranged from his stepmother.
