The murder of three-year-old Caylee Anthony continues to make news 15 years after the child’s body was recovered in 2008. Caylee’s mom, Casey, was back in the news in 2022 with the release of the three-part limited series Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies which featured interviews with the acquitted accused murderer. In the special, Casey accuses her father of killing Caylee and then staging her death. Casey continues to claim her father molested her and suggested he may also have molested her daughter.
Casey’s parents, George and Cindy, have had enough and are fighting back with their own special, Casey Anthony’s Parents: The Lie Detector Test. Prince Andrew’s secrets are set to be uncovered, again, this time on A&e.
The network is launching Secrets of Prince Andrew, from Fulwell 73’s Bitachon365 and Candle Media, on August 21.
The documentary special will explore the British Royals’ scandal-plagued life, including the disastrous BBC Newsnight interview in November 2019 that shook the monarchy to its core.
It is the latest U.S. documentary about Prince Andrew, after Peacock launched Banished last year. Netflix is also dramatizing the story for a movie with Gillian Anderson.
That car-crash interview, which forensically examined the Duke’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and his paramour Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of child sex trafficking and other offenses.
During the interview the Prince said that he regretted continuing to associate with Epstein after the financier pled guilty to soliciting underage sex in 2008. However, the fact that he offered no apology to Epstein’s victims caused uproar and global headlines.

Based on the podcast “WeCrashed: The Rise and Fall of WeWork” by Wondery, “WeCrashed” tells the story of WeWork, a commercial real estate company that provides shared workspaces for technology startups. The show focuses on the rise and fall of Adam Neumann, the Israeli businessman who founded the company and stepped down in 2019 as its value plummeted.
The trailer shows Neumann starting the company with his wife Rebekah (Anne Hathaway) and developing it into a global brand. Tensions rise between the two, however, as Rebekah increasingly feels like her contributions to the company are diminished by her husband and the public at large.

A&e Network’s “Secrets of Playboy” is not here to play, boy. The upcoming docuseries, which unveiled its trailer Tuesday during the cable channel’s TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour day, aims to dive into the “ugly” side of Hugh Hefner’s outwardly “beautiful world,” as one of its interview subjects puts it. The side that “nobody wants to talk about,” another adds.
“He really did believe he owned these women,” Miki Garcia, a former playmate and director of playmate promotions, says in the trailer.
Watch the trailer via the video above.
“Secrets of Playboy” will look back at Hef’s media empire “through a modern-day lens,” A&e’s logline reads. It continues: “The series delves into the complex world Hugh Hefner created and examines its far-reaching consequences on our culture’s view of power and sexuality. A&e has pulled the plug on its popular “Live P.D.” police show amid the ongoing George Floyd protests, two days after Texas media reported that the show had destroyed footage of a man being arrested and dying in custody in March 2019.

VH1 has marked a February 2014 premiere for its latest “rock doc,” although it’s rap and not rock music that’s at the center of this 4-part documentary. The Tanning of America: One Nation Under Hip Hop, based on Steve Stoute’s bestseller The Tanning of America: How Hip-Hop Created A Culture That Rewrote The Rules Of The New Economy, takes a trip down memory lane to examine how hip-hop culture influenced music, film, television, fashion, business, race relations and the politics that opened the door for Obama’s America. “Tanning” in this case is a phrase coined by Stoute for the deep-rooted influence traditionally African-American hip-hop has had on pop culture from The Jeffersons to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, to Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing to Eminem’s 8 Mile. Billy Corben (Cocaine Cowboys, 30 for 30‘s Broke and The U) directed the docu with Alfred Spellman producing,...

Missy Elliott explains why she's been out of the spotlight of late, during her upcoming episode of "Behind the Music."
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the rapper/producer explains that her absence was largely due to her ongoing battle with Graves' disease, an autoimmune disorder that affects the thyroid. Elliott reportedly tells People Magazine, in an upcoming issue, that she's had the disease since 2008.
"I was [driving and] trying to put my foot on the brake, but my leg was jumping. I couldn't keep the brake down and almost crashed," Elliott said. "I couldn't write because my nervous system was so bad -- I couldn't even use a pen."
Brad Abramson, executive producer for Elliott's "Behind the Music," said the recording artist also discusses "in detail" the sexual abuse she experienced as a child.
The episode airs Wednesday, June 29 at 10 p.m.
