A recent photo shows the mom of three looking unrecognizable, and now fans are urging her to “put the Ozempic down.”
The snap shared online was taken on an airplane as the cast returned from their recent trip to Mexico.
However, Heather was mistaken for a few other Housewives, including Rhony’s Leah McSweeny and Rhonj’s Jackie Goldschneider — known for their slender figures.
Heather and her Rhoslc costars are in the throws of filming Season 5, which will premiere later this year.
A few days ago, the always controversial Mary Cosby found herself in a scandal for allegedly using the R-word to describe Lisa Barlow’s youngest son.

Andrew Dominik’s controversial Marilyn Monroe biopic Blonde landed eight nominations from this year’s Razzie Awards, including Worst Picture.
Announcing the film’s Razzies haul, the organization described the biopic as a film that “explores the exploitation of Marilyn Monroe…by continuing to exploit her posthumously.” Dominik also picked up Worst Screenplay and Director nominations.
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly’s stoner comedy Good Mourning trails Blonde with seven nominations. The Razzies called the flick a “laugh-free stoner comedy achieving the rare feat of scoring a perfect Zero on Rotten Tomatoes.” Kelly, who shares co-writing and screenplay credits with Mod Sun, racked up four noms, including worst actor.

Nominations for the 43rd Annual Razzie Awards are in, and they have singled out “Blonde,” Disney’s “Pinocchio,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “Good Mourning” and “Morbius” among 2022’s worst movies.
“Just when you thought it would be safe to return to the movies,” the video announcement warns, before unveiling the nominees for the Golden Raspberry Awards (aka the Razzies) — the winners of which will be revealed on Oscar eve, Saturday, March 11.
Ana de Armas’ “Blonde,” which the Razzies say explores “the exploitation of Marilyn Monroe…by continuing to exploit her posthumously,” led with a whopping eight nominations, including Worst Picture, Andrew Dominik as Worst Director and for Worst Screenplay, and Worse Remake/Rip-Off/Sequel, among others. The film was also recognized for Worst Screen Couple with two nominations, which the Razzies graciously identify as “Andrew Dominik and His Issues with Women” and “Both Real Life Characters in the Fallacious White House Bedroom Scene.

Razzie Awards: ‘Blonde’ Leads Noms With Eight; Tom Hanks Lands Two Mentions for ‘Pinocchio,’ ‘Elvis’
The Golden Raspberry Awards — aka the Razzies — have bestowed Blonde with eight nominations, including worst picture, in their annual picks for the worst films and performances of the year.
In their announcement, Razzie organizers said the movie “‘explores’ the exploitation of Marilyn Monroe…by continuing to exploit her posthumously.” Blonde also landed noms for worst screenplay and worst director for Andrew Dominik, “whose work here says more about him than it does about his subject,” the Razzies said.
Also landing multiple noms are Tom Hanks and Pete Davidson, who are both up for worst actor and worst supporting actor. Hanks was cited for his portrayal of Gepetto in Disney’s Pinocchio and his “latex-laden, ludicrously accented portrayal of Col. Tom Parker in the otherwise critically acclaimed Elvis,” while Davidson was singled out for his voice role in Marmaduke and his cameo in Good Mourning.

Math may one day calculate the number of universes in the multiverse of Everything Everywhere All at Once, but it can’t comprehend how the relationship between a mother and daughter in just one of those universes can impact all the others. Math can measure the frames per second in a young Steven Spielberg’s camera, but it can’t inspire the budding filmmaker at the center of The Fabelmans. Math can tell us exactly when Maverick reaches Mach 10 in Top Gun: Maverick, but not when he achieves inner peace over past demons.

Let’s imagine for a moment that you’re the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. I know that it’s possibly an anxiety-producing thought, but try anyway. If you’re part of the HFPA braintrust, or even a mere voting member, you had to be scared to death that your organization was in grave danger of imploding and the Golden Globe Awards ceremony that you put on annually at risk of disappearing entirely. Part of the problem was the fact racial diversity had not even the thinnest toehold at the organization, with zero Black voters in its ranks through early 2021, a number that somewhat astonishingly hadn’t changed in some two decades.
With revolt in the air and an industrywide boycott forcing NBC to cancel last year’s broadcast, the HFPA resolved to change its ways, vowed to be better, and indeed recruited 103 new racially and ethnically diverse voters this past September.

Jennifer Coolidge is a testament to what great talent, confidence, charisma, and wit can bring to the table in Hollywood. The entertainment industry has a long, tired history of misogyny and mistreatment of women, particularly older actresses, but Coolidge has defied the odds by continuing to shine into her 50s and 60s. Coolidge’s immense comedic skills have broken the mold for decades now.
Jennifer Coolidge’s most famous role is arguably her iconic portrayal of Stifler’s Mom in the cult classic American Pie films. Twenty years later, she received well-earned awards publicity with an Emmy win for ditzy dame Tanya McQuoid on HBO’s hit The White Lotus. Audiences will get to enjoy her presence in the second season of the show premiering on October 30, so we thought this would be a great time to celebrate the greatest roles of her career!

Quentin Tarantino's directorial debut "Reservoir Dogs" helped set expectations for what would come in future Tarantino movies: Long-winded conversations, excessive and bloody violence, non-linear storytelling, and of course, inspired music choices. The story of six criminals and their botched robbery made for a wildly compelling film. The small scale of "Reservoir Dogs" could be seen as limiting, but Tarantino took the small budget he had to work with and gave audiences a different kind of heist film. The film never shows the actual heist as it happens, but instead offers audiences a look at everything leading up to and after the theft, which inevitably goes wrong.
The writer/director knew the chemistry between the cast of "Reservoir Dogs" would make or break such an endeavor in storytelling. Thankfully, the anonymous criminals, who all go by color-coded aliases, were portrayed by talents such as Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth,...

Blonde presents a singular vision of Norma Jeane Baker, the troubled soul who played host to Marilyn Monroe. The film makes no claim to being the definitive account of her life. Instead, in adapting Joyce Carol Oates’ novel of the same name, director Andrew Dominik tells the story of a tragic figure who died by overdose at the age of 36.
Dominik presents the threads of this death in an experimental, expressionistic nightmare. The aspect ratio is redrawn throughout, narrowing and widening. The palette alternates between full colour and stark monochrome. There are numerous handheld moments, too, as well as various effects that range from the ghoulish to the arrestingly beautiful. All of this gothic visual splendour is scored by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, whose work is hauntingly ambient. Blonde is a truly aesthetic experience and perhaps the greatest example of Dominik’s dark, inventive artistry.

Brad Pitt doesn’t want to “Cry Macho” like Clint Eastwood off-camera.
The Oscar winner opened up about the “exhausting” pressure to perform the iconography of masculinity as represented onscreen.
“It’s just exhausting to be anything but who you are,” the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” alum told the Financial Times. “You have to understand, at least where I grew up, we’re more the Clint Eastwood character: you hold everything within, you’re capable, you can deal with anything, you don’t show weakness. I see that in my dad and the older generations of actors, and, man, it’s exhausting.”
Pitt continued, “As I get older, I find such a comfort in friendships where you can be [completely yourself], and I want that to extend in the outer world. What people make of it: I’m fine. I feel safe here because there’s a focus on our struggles as human beings,...

Nick Cave has said Blonde is his “favourite film of all time”, disregarding the largely damning critical response surrounding the new Marilyn Monroe biopic.
The 65-year-old Australian singer worked alongside Warren Ellis to record the soundtrack for the Ana de Armas-led adaptation of Joyce Carol Oates’s novel of the same name.
And despite “disgusted” viewers having already branded it “unwatchable” since its release on Netflix last month, Cave has proudly proclaimed it his “favourite” film.
In the latest edition of the singer-songwriter’s newsletter The Red Hand Files – in which fans can send questions to the star – he was asked: “What is your favourite film of all time?”
“Dear Sourav, Blonde. Love, Nick,” he responded.
In her one-star review, The Independent’s Jessie Thompson wrote that director Andrew Dominik’s movie “is degrading, exploitative and misogynist, yet mercilessly boring”.

You’d be forgiven for mistaking Andrew Dominik’s Blonde for a kind of religious ritual—“the Passion of the Marilyn,” as Leslie Felperin aptly describes it over at The Guardian. Based on Joyce Carol Oates’s 2000 novel of the same name, Dominik’s take on Monroe’s life puts its subject’s suffering front and center. An elliptical chronicle of the actress’s rise to planetary stardom and tragic fall, the film captures Monroe’s life as an endless slideshow of humiliations and traumas. Played by Ana de Armas, Dominik’s Marilyn saunters into Blonde as a sort of martyr, first wrestling with a schizophrenic mother and a miserable childhood, and then with a cannibalistic industry and throngs of brutalizing men who paved the way to her death by overdose at the age of 36. Rated Nc-17 for its graphic scenes of sexualized violence—featuring rapes, forced abortions, and degrading oral sex—the film,...

Adrien Brody, who features as playwright and one-time Marilyn Monroe spouse Arthur Miller in Andrew Dominik’s Blonde, says elements of the story adapted from Joyce Carol Oates’ 2000 bestselling fictionalized novel, are “terrifying” but hopefully lead to a feeling of empathy for the woman behind the cultural icon.
Blonde is a reimagined retelling of Monroe’s life that explores the split between her public and private selves. The Netflix movie was warmly greeted at its Venice Film Festival premiere but has polarized critics.

Brody, with whom I caught up on the Lido, said what Blonde portrays of what Monroe endured is “terrifying,” and called it “really brave storytelling. … I think it’s important in a lot of ways because although it is harsh to experience, sometimes that brings greater understanding, and I think there’s a lot of positivity in that.

Evan Peters has revealed the chilling interview he watched in preparation for playing serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
The actor appears in the Netflix series about the notorious murderer, which has divded users of the streaming service since its release last month.
Despite the complaints surrounding Dahmer’s “nauseating” gratuitous content, it’s agreed that Peters turns in an impressive performance as the killer, who murdered 17 men and boys between the years 1978 and 1991.
Ahead of playing the role, Peters was told to watch a particular interview by the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy.
The interview in question was conducted by Stone Phillips for Dateline NBC, which was recorded in 1994.
“Ryan sent me the scripts and then called and said, ‘Dahmer is interesting in that he is almost regretful and has guilt and sort of confusion about what went on,” Peters told Netflix following the release of the series.

Despite being marred in controversy, the new Marilyn Monroe biopic Blonde has become the #1 movie on Netflix.
Blonde has been hit with nearly non-stop criticism and controversies in the past few months. For one, it was stamped with a stigma-ridden Nc-17 rating. The MPAA cited “some sexual content”, which includes a rape scene. There, too, is a point-of-view shot from Monroe’s vagina during one of the abortion scenes. Through such depictions, some have labeled it “so anti-abortion, so sexist, so exploitative.” By contrast, our own critic gave it a strong review but warned it was a difficult watch, and that viewers need to have a “strong stomach.”
Lead actress Ana de Armas was also criticized for not matching her vocals to the late movie star, but was quickly defended by the Monroe estate, who called de Armas “a great casting choice as she captures Marilyn’s glamour, humanity and vulnerability.

Oates has since weighed in on the Netflix adaptation of her 1999 book, which presents a fictionalised take on the American icon’s life.

Netflix users are being left particulary outraged by a “horrifying” scene in new Marilyn Monroe film Blonde.
The controversial new movie from director Andrew Dominik was adapted from Joyce Carol Oates’s fictional book about Monroe, which was released in 2001.
For some time now, the project, which stars Knives Out actor Ana de Armas, has been hyped up as being a shocking watch, with the film being handed an Nc-17 age certificate in the US.
For those in the UK, this is similar to an 18 – but American directors tend to try and edit their films in order to avoid the certificate as, when cinema releases are concerned, it typically equates to less money at the box office.

Andrew Dominik’s Blonde, the Marilyn Monroe biopic starring Ana de Armas as the screen legend, has been sparking strong reactions since it premiered at the Venice Film Festival on Sept. 8 and made its Netflix debut Sept. 28. Film critics have called the movie, which is based on Joyce Carol Oates’ 2000 novel of the same title, cruel and exploitative for its portrayal of Monroe’s life.
One thread of that criticism has been the way Blonde deals with abortion. The film depicts Monroe as having had two illegal abortions, which were imposed upon her against her will and which tormented her. Via photoreal CGI, the film portrays Monroe’s fetuses speaking to her. “You won’t hurt me this time, will you?” a fetus asks Monroe.

Writer/director Andrew Dominik adapts Blonde, the bestselling novel by Joyce Carol Oates, into a colossal beast of a tale that reimagines the life and times of Marilyn Monroe. Unfortunately, apart from a better-than-this film deserves performance from Ana de Armas, there is little to recommend this chaotic behemoth of a story.
Blonde begins with Monroe’s complicated childhood as Norma Jeane and progresses quickly and nonchalantly through her ascent to becoming one of Hollywood’s most enduring stars to get to the meat of what it is all about – the perils of stardom and the salacious sullying of Monroe’s memory.
While de Armas fairs better than most in Blonde, everyone involved is awash in the exploitative storytelling at work throughout the film. For a film that is purportedly concerned with addressing the evils of such exploitation and examining how such circumstances contributed to Miss Monroe’s tragic ending,...

Netflix has finally released its controversial Marilyn Monroe drama Blonde – but some viewers have complained that the film is “unwatchable”.
Many viewers specified on social media that they had been unable to make it more than 20 minutes into Blonde before abandoning it.
The 18-rated movie, based on the novel of the same name by Joyce Carol Oates, stars Ana de Armas as Monroe. It has divided critics, with particular scrutiny being levelled at the film’s harrowing depiction of trauma and sexual assault.
In a one-star review for The Independent, Jessie Thompson wrote: “Blonde is not a bad film because it is degrading, exploitative and misogynist, even though it is all of those things. It’s bad because it’s boring, pleased with itself and doesn’t have a clue what it’s trying to say.”
Other viewers have piled in on Twitter, condemning the film’s failings.

Never mind the diamonds. I’ll tell you who isn’t a girl’s best friend: Andrew Dominik, the writer-director of Blonde, a merciless, dull, over-long riff on Marilyn Monroe. Across its lengthy running time, the Hollywood star has a time of it. She is nearly drowned by her mother. Raped at an audition. Forced into an abortion. Harangued by the unborn foetus she’s about to abort. Attacked by a husband she calls “daddy”. It’s no exaggeration to say that she cries in almost every scene. To borrow a phrase, if you can’t handle Marilyn Monroe as an adult woman in possession of agency, you sure as hell don’t deserve to make an almost-three-hour film about her.
But Blonde is not a bad film because it is degrading, exploitative and misogynist,...

As a teenager, Julianne Nicholson was a Marilyn Monroe “fangirl”. The Emmy-winning star of Mare of Easttown and the jungle thriller Monos devoured every book she could find on her. She watched her films, listened to compilation albums of her songs, had photographs of her taped up in her locker. “I was obsessed,” she recalls. “I thought she was so beautiful and tragic and kind of unknowable.” Now, a few decades later, she’s playing her mother in a movie so incendiary that everyone involved – including star Ana de Armas – has been forced to rush to its defence. Nicholson, to her credit, admits that it won’t be for everyone. Particularly those who don’t want to see her as a child abuser in the grips of schizophrenia.
If Blonde is a Marilyn Monroe biopic that’s been doused in petrol and set on fire, Nicholson plays the match that ignites it.

From a very young age, I was always told that first impressions are the fundamental step in showcasing yourself as a person. Whether you are at a job interview or meeting new colleagues etc then making sure you portray yourself in a positive light is vital and the ideas formed from this first meeting are very difficult to change after the fact! This is why I believe that many of the queens on Ru Paul’s Drag Race become obsessed with making sure that their entrance look and line are the perfect embodiment of who they are as this might be the first time the audience have seen them (it is also an opportunity to advertise yourself to potential customers in the future!) Nobody embodied this idea more in last week’s premiere episode of Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK than Black Peppa, who pulled out a challenge winning splits during...

Director Andrew Dominik has some unflattering things to say about the filmography of Marilyn Monroe, despite making a movie about the actress’ life, Blonde.
In a new interview with Sight & Sound, Andrew Dominik gave his perspective on one of the late Monroe’s most famous films, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, tying it in with the actress. “She had to be a little baby. So, when she sings ‘Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend’ – it’s like, is that sisterly advice, ‘If you’re gonna fuck, make sure you get paid’? Or is it just romanticised whoredom?”
Dropping the term “whore” as it relates to one of the most famous actresses to ever live seems like a risky move, especially considering he is trying to promote Blonde. And then Andrew Dominik doubled down, as shown in outtakes revealed by the interviewer, Christina Newland:

By the time Adrien Brody arrives as Arthur Miller in Andrew Dominik’s nearly three-hour Marilyn Monroe biopic, Blonde, the audience is apt to be relieved when the famous writer betrays the Hollywood icon by breaking a cherished promise — only because virtually everyone else in the film has already abused and exploited the actress in vastly more horrible ways. As the movie’s split critical response indicates, Blonde is a tough and divisive watch. But it’s hard to imagine that wasn’t Dominik’s intention.
The director’s first narrative film since his 2012 Brad Pitt crime thriller Killing Them Softly, Blonde is based on Joyce Carol Oates’ acclaimed, 700-page novel of the same name, which The New Yorker once dubbed “the definitive study of American celebrity.”

Blonde reimagines the life of one of Hollywood’s most enduring icons, Marilyn Monroe. From her volatile childhood as Norma Jeane, through her rise to stardom and romantic entanglements, Blonde blurs the lines of fact and fiction to explore the widening split between her public and private selves.
Andrew Dominik‘s Blonde is perhaps the boldest and most daring mainstream movie of the year, even though it’s not really mainstream. It has a nice, big cast filled with tons of huge names and has lots of recognizable talent behind the camera, but it’s one of the most unconventional movies of the entire year.
Dominik’s films are practically known for causing discourse at this point. If you go into one of his films expecting some straightforward, by the book story,...

This article contains lots of Blonde spoilers.
When Joyce Carol Oates began writing Blonde, the 2000 novel on which the new Ana de Armas movie is based, she admitted she was less concerned with the facts of Marilyn Monroe’s life than the idea of the quintessential movie star. Oates saw Monroe as an emblem of 20th century America, a pivotal intersection of the nation’s values and fantasies about sex, power, and the role of women during a moment of cultural ascendence.
This also means that much of the work is fictionalized—which is a polite way to say made up. These details have lingered on the page where the clarity of Oates’ vision, and the persuasiveness of her prose, made Blonde a seminal work that was instantly recognized as a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award. However, those who’ve only read Oates’ novel might come...
