Eaglemoss, a UK based fan-facing company, is best known for creating detailed replicas of Batmobiles, miniature starships from various incarnations of Star Trek and figurines from the mythologies of Marvel, DC Comics and the Walking Dead. They are all of high quality and lovingly rendered.
Each figure or vehicle they sell comes with a booklet developed by experts in each fan-focused field. So when you buy the miniature replica of the Flying Batcave (if you don’t know what this is you really need to find out fast!) you’ll also get a thorough, yet concise, history of the Flying Batcave.
Given the premium quality of these booklets, it makes sense that Eaglemoss would also be a mindful and creative publisher.
Their new Star Trek Graphic Novel Collection is premium quality in spades. Produced with Idw, this is the type of project (I almost typed the word ‘enterprise’ instead of...

'The Apprentice' star Richard Woods has predicted that plumber Joseph Valente will win Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment. Despite wanting Oxford university student Vana Koutsomitis to win the BBC One show, the Digital Marketing Manager - who was the bookies favourite before he got booted out on Wednesday's semi-final (16.12.15) - revealed he would put his money on the Peterborough plumbing boss to secure the prize. Richard exclusively told Bang Showbiz: ''I want Vana to win. I think she's a great person, but I've got a feeling, and if I was to put my logical investor head on - the simple idea of...

'The Apprentice' contestant Richard Woods says he hid his strokes from Lord Alan Sugar because he didn't want to appear fragile. The 31-year-old Digital Marketing Director had three mini strokes before applying for the show but failed to disclose his medical history as he was worried producers would not choose him to take part. He told The Sun newspaper: ''I knew they wouldn't put someone on who had strokes. ''They are normally associated with stress and being fragile. I left it off the application, knowing what I was doing.'' Richard has made it to the final five contestants on this year's show...

It's not often that Lord Sugar is impressed, but the boys' team on The Apprentice managed to wow him with their advertising campaign on tonight's show.
The boys - led by project manager Richard Woods, whose actual input into the task was debated by the rest of Team Versatile - branded some new cactus shampoo as Western and created a classy black-and-white advert which bowled over Lord Sugar.
"Whilst the product has got faults and got some tweaking that needs to be done, Versatile, you signed on to everything I told you to do so your team has won," he said in the Boardroom.
"I will say that in all the years I have run this task in this Boardroom, that's got to be one of the best. Seriously, it's got to be one of the best... That is very well done."

The Apprentice's latest fired candidate Aisha Kasim has joked that she would never buy a shampoo with a picture of a cactus on it.
Speaking to Digital Spy after becoming the second candidate to be sent home by Lord Sugar, Kasim admitted that she's not sure how well they would have worked together.
"I vocalised my ideas in the Boardroom, for example with the cactus flower, and he really wasn't taking that on board," she said. "I was just trying to show him a different perspective on the whole cactus thing because I didn't think people wanted cactuses anywhere near a shampoo. I definitely would not buy a shampoo with a cactus on it. It's just the truth.
"And he said the shampoo's been around for so many years and I've never seen it in any shop anywhere and that's because people don't want to buy a shampoo with a cactus on it.

Aisha Kasim became the second candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar in tonight's episode of The Apprentice.
The 30-year-old businesswoman found herself heading home in a taxi after project managing the girls' shambolic shampoo campaign.
16 times tonight's episode of The Apprentice was too cringeworthy for public health
Aisha had taken control of the task from the beginning, choosing the name Desert Secret, opting to place a cactus flower on the packaging and overseeing the advertising campaign.
But her team complained about their opinions not being listened to and a disastrous pitch from Natalie Dean threatened to tear them apart, as Elle Stevenson complained about the "relatively poor" delivery.
After the girls lost the task, Aisha made the mistake of bringing Vana Koutsomitis back into the Boardroom, explaining that it was her idea to target over-50s. But Lord Sugar was unimpressed that Vana was there and told her that she was safe this week,...

Lord Sugar is back in the boardroom for The Apprentice, and there's a fresh crop of candidates hoping to impress the Amstrad boss and his trusted advisers Karren Brady and Claude Littner.

Mario's mom has dropped her assault charge against him after admitting that she was drunk during her argument with the R&B singer. Former heroin addict Shawntia Hardaway accused her son of assaulting her on October 1, but has now come clean that she was intoxicated at that time.
Mario was arrested and released on a ,000 for a second degree assault charge last month. His mother told police that he pushed her and trashed the apartment they share. He has maintained innocence, saying his mother's irrational behavior was due to her drug use.
Shawntia appeared before the District Court of Maryland Wednesday and asked for the charges to be dropped. The prosecutors then dismissed all charges against Mario, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Her lawyer Richard Woods told the paper that she was upset when she filed the police report, saying "It was much to do about nothing. I met with her,...

The New York headquarters of global soap corporation Unilever is a work of art itself. The Lever House, one of the most famous Modernist structures in the world, was designed with a brilliant blue-glass curtain wall by Gordon Bunshaft in 1952 to showcase the company's squeaky-clean products. But the building has also been home to many art exhibitions that take place in its lobby and plaza. The latest, by Richard Woods, is integrated directly into the famous architecture and references the global corporation's history, beginning as a family-owned plant in London that was founded in 1885.
Woods's installation, named "Port Sunlight", is inspired by his own personal narrative intertwining with Lever Brothers history. The Lever Brothers were the first to use glycerine and vegetable oils instead of animal fat, manufacturing a clear, high-lathering soap they named Sunlight Soap. Ever the empire-builders, the Levers constructed a model village for their operations--Port Sunlight--that contained the Lady Lever Gallery,...
