Even dressed up as a werewolf, Heidi Klum still finds a way to look stunning. The German bombshell showed up for her 18th annual Halloween party — don’t forget to use #HeidiHalloween — on Tuesday, decked out in full Michael Jackson “Thriller” attire. Letterman’s jacket? Check. Fangs? Check. Hair reminiscent of the great Michael J. Fox in “Teen Wolf”? Check. If this is Thriller night, and no one’s gonna save me from the beast about to strike… well that sounds fine with me. With a twist or a gasp (or at least a vicious put-down) every 12-15 minutes, How to Get Away With Murder is the kind of show that inspires some pretty outlandish theories. So I hope you’ll indulge my newest and craziest hypothesis:
The third leg in ABC’s #Tgit lineup is a non-musical adaptation of the Broadway classic Chicago.

I know, I know, Shondaland’s most treacherous treat is actually set in Philadelphia. And perhaps the plots aren’t entirely parallel. But five or six years from now,...

Wait! What?
This week’s installment of Devious Maids revealed that the suspicious death of the first wife of Mark Deklin’s suave, slightly scary Nicholas Deering was quite possibly the lesser of his character’s evils.

Indeed, while we learned that Nicholas’ wife Dahlia tumbled to her death 15 years ago thanks to a push from his housekeeper/her lover Opal (Joanna Adler), it turned out that Opal was holding on to even more scandalous intel.
Indeed, as Nicholas threatened to dial 9-1-1 and report Opal’s very bad deed, the...

Wendy Williams is doing quite well, her talk show will will air until 2017.
Hm. Justin Theroux and HBO. Remember him on Six Feet Under?
Justin Theroux has joined the HBO pilot The Leftovers. Based on a book by Tom Perrotta, it follows the people of earth after the Rapture. That sounds a lot like Left Behind, but since this is HBO I’m hoping this book loses the uncomfortable bigotries.
Theroux isn’t the only hottie joining an HBO pilot, Bobby Cannavale has joined a Mick Jagger-produced pilot about a record executive in 1977 New York City. Don’t they know all the cool period dramas are set in the 1980s, these days?
And while we’re on the topic of HBO dramas getting their leading men out of their clothes,
there’s Bobby Cannavale‘s Boardwalk Empire role.
Ugh. In today’s I-hate-people news, Jezebel writer Lindy West...

A classic, Alien-like Doctor Who story gets another DVD release. Here's Andrew's review of The Ark In Space - Special Edition...
The Ark In Space was originally released on DVD in 2002, near the start of the Doctor Who DVD range, and has now been spruced up, remastered, and given new bonus features. So, for those of us who already own a copy, what does this new edition offer to make it worth buying?
If you like that sort of thing, the picture quality is distinctly improved: crisp, colourful, enhancing little moments such as laser flashes, skin texture and sideburns.
As a story, The Ark In Space has similarities with Alien, but Doctor Who has a very different approach; it's body horror and sci-fi for a Universal-certificate. What it demonstrates, though, is that 'Modern Who' has been around for ages. It's a story about humanity, where love saves the day,...

As expected, Tate Taylor's "The Help" won big at the 43rd Annual NAACP Image Awards. The film won Outstanding Picture of the Year with Viola Davis winning Outstanding Actress and Octavia Spencer taking home the Outstanding Supporting Actress award. Taylor lost to "Jumping the Broom's" Salim Akil for Best Director because apparently, it's a better picture than "The Help!"
