A man has been arrested and charged with two counts of capital murder after allegedly shooting and killing rapper Doe B and college student Kimberle Johnson on Dec. 28.
Jason Quan McWilliams, 25, is being held without bond for the murder of rapper Doe B (real name Glenn Thomas), who died after being shot at Centennial Bar and Grill in Alabama.
Doe B’s Shooter Arrested
Jason surrendered to the police on Dec. 29 and is now being held in Montgomery County Detention Facility, according to police. He is being questioned in the killing of Doe B, 22, as well as Kimberle Johnson, a 22-year-old Troy University student.

“The circumstances surrounding the shooting were initially unknown, but further investigation indicates that the shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute between McWilliams and Thomas,” police said in a statement on Dec. 30.

Doe B died tragically in his hometown of Montgomery, Ala., in a horrific night club shoot out. But it turns out that Doe’s trademark eyepatch was not just for show, his eye had actually been wounded in a previous shooting, where he was shot in the face.

In a newly surfaced interview, Doe B talks about getting into a fight at another club and he was shot in the face.
