Stand-up comic Godfrey (Louie) and Robert Kelly (NYC 22) will star in the effort that's based on the life of David Joglar and Richard Wetzel, who co-produce, the project revolves around a group of warrant detectives in the Bronx assigned to arrest individuals with outstanding warrants.
