Kvea and Kcet each won eight trophies at the 75th Los Angeles Area Emmy Awards to lead the field just like they did at the nomination stage. Telemundo’s Kvea swept all three regularly scheduled newscast categories, morning, daytime and evening. CBS/KCAL9 followed with 4 wins, with ABC7 and Spectrum SportsNet LA tied at 3 and Kmex, Spectrum News 1 and Spectrum SportsNet at 2. The honored telecasts included two tributes to local icon Vin Scully who died last summer.

For the first year, the Cas is honoring Documentary films, with nods like “O.J.: Made in America” and “13th” rounding out this inaugural category.

The first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has landed and, unsurprisingly, everybody on the internet is losing it right now. Sword-sabers! The Millennium Falcon! Squeee!
However, one small, teeny, tiny detail in particular has sent even the most calm and rational fans of the Force into giddy overdrive. Two words: Benedict Cumberbatch.

Star Wars The Force Awakens: 7 talking points from the first trailer
Star Wars: 10 things you never knew about the galaxy far, far away
We're 99% certain that it isn't the Sherlock star doing the voiceover for the trailer. However, the deep, heavy-breathing vocals do have a slight resemblance to Cumberbatch's Smaug and even if there's a slight chance Cumberbatch is involved, even for the briefest of cameos, things are going to go a little bit crazy. Think Kim Kardashian's butt...

Movie fans around the world have finally been treated to the first trailer for Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens.
An 88-second teaser was unveiled today (November 28), ahead of the December 18, 2015 release for the long-awaited sequel to Return of the Jedi.
In the hours building up to the trailer's release, fans were giddy with excitement and getting impatient. While some were celebrating Thanksgiving and Black Friday, for others, there was only one thing to be planning their day around.
Sadly, things didn't go quite to plan when the internet crashed more than when Kim Kardashian presented her bottom, while others panicked over Quicktime issues.
Thankfully, as the trailer finally started working for everyone, the reaction was generally a positive one. Below is how the majority of us dealt with Star Wars Trailer Day.
