Pittsburgh, Pa has ten days before all hell breaks loose. That's because from September 18th through the 20th at the Crowne Plaza, those fine folks that put on ZombieFest have broadened their horizons into a new convention, now called "Horror Realm."
The convention will feature the usual fare of guests and vendors, but this one also has an emphasis on horror authors and artists with sponsors such as Library of the Living Dead and Permuted Press, Rue Morgue magazine, and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. The con also features horror author panels and a zombie film festival, as well as contests ranging from jello brain eating, scariest tattoo, hockey mask art, horror trivia, and costumes.
