Christopher Martin and Daniel Woker wrote the English translation of "Act IV: Scene A and Epilogue." Robert Wilson and Tom Kamm were set designers. Jennifer Tipton and Robert Wilson were lighting designers. Hans Peter Kuhn was compositions and sound designer. Ann-Christin Rommen was assistant director. The play won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Robert Brustein was artistic director.
