New Kids on the Block are back, with their first album in over a decade, Still Kids, out today, May 17.
The 14-track album was announced back in March, alongside new single “Kids,” an Eighties-style pop gem about making the most out of every moment. New Kids dropped one more single ahead of the album’s release, “A Love Like This,” which arrived in April. Still Kids features a couple of guests, with DJ Jazzy Jeff joining the Boston boy band on “Get Down” while Taylor Dayne sings on “Old School Love.

Chicago Fire sure loves its recurring storylines — to the point where they become repetitive storylines, instead. Season 12 saw the classic “someone’s out to get 51” plot recycled for the fourth time with the introduction of the new Paramedic Chief which pissed off many fans… But Season 12 is not yet done with inventing new rivals for Firehouse 51, it seems: this Wednesday, another one shall arrive.

Before boy bands like Backstreet Boys, Take That, and Nsync dominated the music scene, New Kids on the Block was the reigning Pop and R&b band. Also often referred to by their initials, NKotB, the group’s success has seen them sell over 80 million records since they were formed in 1984. Unlike a few other musical bands, New Kids on the Block has comprised the same founding members since its formation. NKotB members include Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight, Danny Wood, Jonathan Knight, and Joey McIntyre. Although they disbanded after a decade in 1994, they reunited in 2008. With seven studio...

The secrets came tumbling out during this chapter of the V.C. Andrews Cutler Saga.
We spent much of V.C. Andrews' Secrets of the Morning watching sweet, reasonable Dawn be a fool in lust for a sleazy celebrity with decent hair. Who among us hasn't been there?
Secrets of the Morning had it all. We got entertaining lovable side characters, like the darling, devoted, and badass Tricia. The film also gave us some quality Fran Drescher content with her role as the nosy Agnes.
Secrets of the Morning also gave us eternally hot NKotB, Joey McIntyre playing a total sleaze ball while rocking the hell out of some bell bottoms, an antiquated house of horrors, the death of a Queen Biotch, and Dawn's come-up!
What more can you want?
Picking things up from where V.C. Andrews' Dawn left off, our girl was free of Lillian, or so she thought,...

V.C. Andrews' Dawn's Joey McIntyre Teases Secrets of the Morning and Playing Naughty Michael Sutton!
It goes without saying that Lifetime lands the best actors for their Vc-Andrews-verse sagas.
And landing a New Kids On The Block member is right up there with their greatest hits.
One of the most exciting aspects of the V.C. Andrews Dawn Miniseries event is that we have the likes of Joey McIntyre channeling '70s Bad Boy Michael Sutton in part two of the Cutler Saga.
Of course, nothing topped chatting with the heartbreaker himself as he discussed the quick turnaround of getting this role, his great working chemistry with lead Brec Bassinger, and so much more.
We were fortunate enough to catch up with McIntyre ahead of the SAG-AFTRA strike to discuss the project. Check out our full interview below!
So how exactly did an NKotB member end up in a V.C. Andrews film?

Lifetime isn't Lifetime without V.C. Andrews's book-to-screen adaptations!

It was all copacetic as everyone discussed how they got into character, gushed over star Brec Bassinger's performance and work ethic, and expressed all the fun they had filming this piece.
Fortunately, TV Fanatic got the opportunity to jump on Zoom with star, Bassinger, to discuss what it was like to play the film's titular role as we follow her through her journey from adolescence through adulthood.

The once-and-future pop queen Debbie Gibson goes for a classic Seventies disco trip in her excellent new video for “Love Don’t Care.” It’s part of a triumphant musical rebirth for the “Electric Youth” legend, getting her mirrorball groove on with a very Cher flamboyance. “Love Don’t Care” is a dance banger from her 2021 comeback album, The Body Remembers, with a wide-open inclusive spirit. It’s a message that love isn’t restricted by boundaries of gender, age, race, or sexuality. It’s also proof that Debbie’s electric youth is timeless.

Drag Isn’t Dangerous, the livestream telethon hosted by Justin Martindale, Alaska 5000, Peppermint, and Adam Shankman on May 7, has raised over $500,000 in donations for LGBTQ+ causes and drag performers. Pre-telethon donations had already topped $100,000, which was then bolstered by over $400,000 in additional contributions.

Top drag stars, LGBTQ celebrities including Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Adam Lambert, and celebrity allies of the queer community banded together Sunday to stage Drag Isn’t Dangerous, a telethon to raise money to combat anti-lgbtq legislation.
As anti-drag and anti-trans bills proliferate across the United States — such as Tennessee’s ban on public drag performances (which has been temporarily blocked by a judge) — the telethon brought in more than $500,000 from 5,000 individual donors. According to the organizers, “all net proceeds from the event will be divided among approved charities (GLAAD, Glsen, Headcount, Black Queer Town Hall, The ACLU Drag Defense Fund, Trans Justice Funding Project, Victory Fund) that support Lgbtqia+ causes and drag performers in need, especially in states where they face discrimination and bans.” The fundraiser, held through GoFundMe, continues through Tuesday.

Regular people, typically college students, would sing karaoke and then receive critiques from the judges. Celebrities like Shia Labeouf and Ashlee Simpson appeared as guest judges, and Say What? Warning: Spoilers ahead for week 2 of “The Masked Singer”
For most contestants on “The Masked Singer,” there’s at least a week or two of prep for their first number on the show. But for Night Owl, it was a literal 24-hour turnaround.
The nocturnal creature — both literally and figuratively, she jokes — got to perform two numbers on Abba night. First, she performed “Fernando,” which earned her a spot in the Battle Royale against the returning Medusa. There, she sang “The Winner Takes It All,” but unfortunately, didn’t come out as the winner. So, Night Owl was unmasked to be none other that singer-songwriter Debbie Gibson.
And really, she was pleased with how she did, considering how quickly everything came together. Gibson was out on tour with Joey McIntyre getting ready to board her flight home when she got the call.

Teens these days, let me tell ya! If they're not TikToking or listening to that newfangled rock and or roll, they're summoning the dead! At least that's what the teens are doing in "Talk to Me," a wonderfully nasty little Australian horror flick. Twin brother filmmakers Danny and Michael Philippou set the stage for a gross, funny, creepy saga that often feels like Australia's answer to Sam Raimi's "The Evil Dead." Indeed, the gross spirits that are summoned from the afterlife, buried in great effects makeup, call to mind the icky Deadites from Raimi's films.

“Talk to the hand” may be a popular phrase of breezy dismissal, but talking to a particular hand has terrible consequences in the Australian horror “Talk to Me.” This directorial debut feature for twin siblings Danny and Michael Philippou belies their prior reputation as “filmmakers on a rampage” making sometimes controversially violent, bad-taste comedic videos for YouTube channel RackaRacka. It’s a determinedly non-jokey supernatural thriller in which a group of Adelaide teens get in way over their heads playing an occult party game.
A somewhat mixed bag, as the script doesn’t fully ballast the serious tenor, this is nonetheless a confidently crafted effort with enough intriguing elements to keep viewers involved, if not particularly scared. It should easily attract international buyers on the lookout for modestly scaled but polished genre fare.

The recording industry has certainly transformed since 98 Degrees came onto the scene 25 years ago, but one thing remains the same: "There's still some great music being made," Nick Lachey tells Popsugar. Ahead of a 98 Degrees reunion concert at all-inclusive resort Beaches Turks & Caicos in late August, the R&b group chat with Popsugar about nostalgia's impact on their revival, all things '90s boy bands, and what members Nick and Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons, and Justin Jeffre have been up to since they first started adorning posters.
Last summer, the band released new music for the first time in eight years: an upbeat track called "Where Do You Wanna Go" that was "great for the moment." "Everybody had been in lockdown for so long, and when things were opening back up, we thought the song was incredibly catchy and just represented fun," Jeffre says. "Everybody was ready to get back out and have some fun.
