Pie Lombardi

Los Angeles based Costume Designer, Pie Ana Lombardi, began her
professional career working as a designer and stylist for Rock and Roll
album covers and videos. Her most notable video artists include Van
Halen "Hot for Teacher", Grace Slick/Jefferson Starship, George
Clinton, Janet Jackson. She also has seven years of extensive print
work. Concurrently, Ms. Lombardi designed and styled costumes for TV
commericals for Wright Banks Films, the firm that is the recipent of
many Cleo awards. Among her clients are: Toyota, American Express,
Yamaha; Fridgedaire; McDonalds: Exxon; Coldwell Banker; World AIrlines;
Glidden Paint; Suzuki; Rice-Roni; Fayva and the California Avocado
Association.
In 1988, her career progress led her to a position assisting Jeff Billings, the award-winning Resident Costume Designer for the Ice Capades. It was then that she joined Motion Picture Costumers, Local 705. Shortly thereafter, she became a member of the Costume Designers Guild, Local 892. Pie Lombardi has worked on many notable films and television projects, primarily as a Design assistant and as a key costumer.
