Michelle Lichter
- Actress
- Writer
- Editor
Michelle Lichter was born in 1959 in Seattle, Washington. She attended
the University of Washington. Michelle met her future husband Jeff
Ferrell while working as part of the film crew for a local independent
feature. Lichter and Ferrell collaborated on the hilariously inane
tongue-in-cheek science fiction alien invasion spoof "The Revenge of
the Teenage Vixens from Outer Space," which took four years altogether
to make. Michelle not only co-wrote the script and co-produced the
picture, but also handled both editing and make-up chores as well. In
addition, Lichter makes an uncredited cameo appearance as a scientist.
"The Revenge of the Teenage Vixens from Outer Space" was frequently
broadcast on the USA network cable TV program "USA Up All Night" and
has since amassed a sizable cult following. Lichter and Ferrell were
married in 1983. Michelle returned to the University of Washington for
certificate courses in screenwriting and continued to pen scripts up
until 2004. Michelle Lichter now lives in Los Angeles with her spouse
Jeff Ferrell.
