London, July 23: Members of British band One Direction want to get into perfect shape and, says their fitness trainer Mark Jarvis
Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan want to work on their bodies, reports dailystar.co.uk.
"The lads want to get defined beach bodies. Lots of protein is the best way for them to get in shape and build up muscle," Jarvis said.
Moreover, Styles wants to abstain from sweets.
"Harry has heard about this new healthy ice cream and is really fascinated by it. He has requested boxes of it to be flown over as he has a real sweet tooth," Jarvis.
