Even as celebrity brands are starting to flood the emerging Cannabis market, Hopper Reserve stands out. The brand was launched by Marin Hopper, Dennis Hopper’s daughter from his marriage to Brooke Hayward.
Hopper Reserve is a gram of California indoor-grown flower, two packs of rolling papers, a pair of matches and a trading card either featuring Hopper and Andy Warhol or one of him in his trademarked Stetson and bolo tie. The package in an unassuming tin foil pouch with the slogan: “Here’s to the rebel in all of us.”
The brand’s website touts Hopper as “a contradictory mix of Pabst Blue Ribbon and pop art, of rustic Americana and a new generation of restless revolutionaries, of madman machismo and the unmatched allure of a true auteur,” while Marin says of cannabis, “It was something he could unwind with and enjoy in a very peaceful, fun-loving way.

Horror specialist and Hollywood heir Christopher Landon, son of late actor Michael Landon and writer of the acclaimed 2007 Hitchcockian thriller “Disturbia” along with a number of installments of the “Paranormal Activity” film franchise, has his extensively updated and stylishly appointed hacienda-style home in L.A.’s historic Outpost Estates neighborhood up for sale at a bit less than $3.3 million.
The director of the 2017 slasher film “Happy Death Day” and its upcoming sequel purchased the property, in the foothills above Hollywood, in 2013 for $2.1 million from another Tinseltown scion, style maven Marin Hopper, daughter of Dennis Hopper, and her entrepreneurial husband John Goldstone.
Sequestered behind a picturesquely bougainvillea-draped wooden gate that opens to an expansive, tree-shaded brick courtyard, the four-bedroom and four-bath home, just shy of 3,300 square feet, sits on a high ridge directly above — and well within easy earshot of — the Hollywood Bowl.

According to new court papers filed by Dennis Hopper's assistant and daughter, his estranged wife, Victoria, has been a threat to his life.
In statements given by Emily Davis, his personal assistant, and Marin Hopper, one of the star's daughters, which were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the two contradict much of Victoria's court declaration in the couple's bitter divorce proceedings and call her a danger.
"Dennis was sent to Beverly Hills Hotel, in a life or death situation, by Dr. Agus," Davis claimed in the papers of the cancer-stricken star. "After being in the hotel ...

Did "Easy Rider" star Dennis Hopper's third wife try to do him in?
Dennis' assistant, Emily Davis, made the allegation in a declaration filed in her boss's divorce battle with his estranged wife.
In the docs, Davis claims she and everyone in the household were "at the mercy of [wife Victoria Duffy's] cruelty" when Hopper was taken to the hospital last December. She claims that his wife "was trying to kill him."
Hopper is terminally ill with cancer and appeared in good spirits, although frail and gaunt, at the recent Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony where he spoke to fans about his gratitude for his star.
Davis also claims Victoria "is a threat to all in the home and has already looted millions of [dollars in] property that is not hers."
Dennis' daughter from a prior marriage, Marin Hopper -- who's actually older than her stepmother -- called Victoria's behavior "frightening.
