- On the set in Hellerup of the Danish movie "Vikaren" on Tuesday Sep 27 2005 she drove out through a gate in an apartment block next to the set. Hillingsø is NOT in this movie, but obviously lived in the street where all the vans, buses and crew equipment was. She stuck her head out through the car window, and said to a crew member she recognized "so you are filming right here in MY street! Who's the director?" and when she heard the answer she continued "And why I am not in this movie?!" She was obviously joking and got the whole crew laughing!

- The nice thing about being an actor is that you use your own feelings. You need to be able to open up, but you must also be able to let go again. It's all about finding the balance.
- Mourning seems to be a bigger taboo than death. We can talk about death. It's concrete. But what comes after that? If someone is in mourning for a month, we think it's fine. After three months it's considered a little so-so, and after three years it's "You really have to stop this now!" Do you see what I mean? The biggest taboo is really the mourning. But people can be in mourning for years. Queen Victoria mourned the rest of her life after losing her husband.
