But before we get to Season 3, let’s press rewind on all the drama that’s gone down so far. Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland are still planted firmly in will they, won’t they territory after trading in noseys for hot tub makeouts. Speaking of hot and heavy hookups, Polly Brindle and Stanaland’s office dalliance allegedly was caught on video, drawing fellow agents Brandi Marshall and Kayla Cardona into the mess. Then there’s Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis, whose friendship got spicier than a midday office margarita. And last but not least, a fourth Alexandra, Nashville’s own Ali Harper, joined the brokerage, making waves and some rivals, including Gio Helou, along the way.
So, what’s in store for the Oc office this season?...

Netflix’s Selling the Oc is returning for Season 3 on May 3 and the trailer previews the upcoming drama that will continue shaking things up on the reality series.
The new season of the Selling Sunset spinoff continues with the same cast, including Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Brandi Marshall, Polly Brindle, Alex Hall, Gio Helou, Alexandra Rose, Tyler Stanaland, Austin Victoria, Sean Palmieri, and Jason Oppenheim.
Last season, Alexandra Harper was introduced to audiences, and by the end of Season 2, she was given the opportunity to join the Oppenheim Group. However, things seem to be a little rocky for the real estate agent, with Oppenheim saying, “She has not developed the experience that she should have at this stage of the game.”
The romantic drama between Hall and Stanaland that affected the latter’s marriage to his wife Brittany Snow, continues in Season 3.
“You swooned me and then you f***ing disappeared.

Dick Wolf is in for another busy season at NBC. No surprise here, the Peacock network has renewed “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.,” “Law & Order” and “Law & Order: Svu” for the 2024-25 broadcast TV season. Among Dick Wolf scripted series, that leaves just “Law & Order: Organized Crime” on the bubble; a renewal for that show, which has experienced multiple showrunner changes in its short life, is still in discussion.
Among the shows, this will rep the 26th season of “Law & Order: SVU,” the 24th season of “Law & Order,” Season 13 for “Chicago Fire,” the 12th season for “Chicago PD” and the 10th season for “Chicago Med.” All of the renewed series are produced by Universal Studio Group’s Universal Television division, along with Wolf Entertainment, and all shows stream the following day on Peacock. NBC has renewed most — but not all — of the shows in its two biggest franchises for the 2024-25 season.
The network has ordered new seasons of all three of its Chicago dramas — Med, Fire and Pd — along with Law & Order and Law & Order: Svu. Notably missing from the list is Law & Order: Organized Crime, whose status is “still under discussion,” according to NBC. All six series come from Dick Wolf’s Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television.
Svu will add to its record as the longest-running primetime drama in American TV history with a 26th season in 2024-25, while Law & Order — which recently saw the departure of series fixture Sam Waterston — will air its 24th. Chicago Med will hit double digits with its 10th season, Fire will air its 13th and Pd its 12th.

[Editor’s note: The following contains spoilers for Season 23, Episode 4 of “Law & Order.”]
Among Sam Waterston’s last words as Jack McCoy was “integrity.”
The film and television actor walked away from “Law & Order” for good Thursday night, February 22, ending his 30-year stint as Dick Wolf’s most recognizable Manhattan D.A. in a mixed bag of an episode. An awkward Central Park swan song (goose song?), Season 23’s “Last Dance” demonstrates not only how much Waterston has changed as a performer — but just how little police procedurals have been able to evolve with socially divided network audiences in recent years.
Yes, Jack’s junkyard dog bravado gave way to a subtler anger in the series’ revival seasons; and he stopped sleeping with all those assistant district attorneys, which certainly helped. But the hero lawyer’s final chapter is chockfull of awkward political posturing that plays as indicative of a genre increasingly uncomfortable with its role in American culture. The...

Ever since Tyler Stanaland and Brittany Snow announced their split after two years of marriage in September 2022, the status of Stanaland's relationship with his "Selling the Oc" costar Alex Hall has been thrown into question.
Throughout season one of Netflix's hit show "Selling the Oc," Stanaland and Hall's friendship became a major topic of conversation, with many criticizing their flirtatious behavior and calling it "inappropriate." At the time of Stanaland and Snow's separation, a source told People that their breakup was caused by him being on the show. "Brittany never wanted Tyler on the show but he was adamant," the source told People. "He wanted to make a name for himself on his own terms."
Another insider told the outlet, "They're fully over. All of the girls [on the show] are obsessed with him. He's been trying to be really respectful but it's taken a toll on his marriage 100 percent."

"Selling the Oc" is back for season two, and the new episodes are more drama-packed than ever. It won't surprise returning viewers that Alexandra Jarvis is one of the realtors who finds herself at the center of some of the squabbling - including fights about her (at the time) impending marriage to Sergio Ducoulombier. The pair ultimately tie the knot at the end of the season, with the marriage taking place in April 2023. The duo eloped in Italy, and Jarvis is vocal on the show that she and Ducoulombier wanted a small celebration together. But "Selling the Oc" viewers might have a few questions about who Ducoulombier is and how they met. Here's what to know about Jarvis's husband.
Jarvis, 33, shared in June 2020 that she and Ducoulombier, 47, had been together a year. She wrote on Instagram at the time, "The 52 weeks since this gorgeous man entered my life have been a true 'more than' experience.

The reality stars took the opportunity to shut down speculation about a love triangle, which got going after the three were seen together only hours after Stanaland and actress Brittany Snow confirmed their separation last year.
“You’re always busy this season, though. No drama. How, Jason? How?” Chanté asked Oppenheim.
“I have to say, I do a pretty good job of avoiding it down here, but I still get the phone calls, like off camera,” he said. “There’s still just so much, like, collateral damage going on. But yeah, they carry a show all to themselves. So I just gotta be the boss.

There’s, unsurprisingly, going to be plenty of drama in “Selling The Oc” season 2.
Some of the cast recently chatted to Et Canada’s Keshia Chanté ahead of the “Selling Sunset” spinoff’s season 2 premiere on Sept. 8.
Brandi Marshall, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Rose, Sean Palmieri, Gio Helou and Lauren Shortt teased an eventful upcoming season, with Chanté questioning who brought the most drama.
Palmieri and Cardona said Tyler Stanaland, who was previously married to Brittany Snow. It was reported the pair had finalized their divorce in July after tying the knot in March 2020.
Palmieri told us, “But it seems like the drama revolves around Tyler, like starting it in a way. But then, like, him being, like, ‘I don’t want to talk about it’ yet he’s doing it in front of everyone to see. It’s a very manipulative… I don’t know. I’ll keep [zips mouth].”

Brittany Snow’s divorce from Tyler Stanaland has been finalized, five months after the “Pitch Perfect” actress first filed.
According to court documents obtained by Et, the presiding judge ruling over their divorce proceedings approved the dissolution of their marriage. Both Snow and Stanaland will be considered legally single as of Aug. 11.
The documents state that there are “no community assets” that needed to be divided, and a prenuptial agreement was in place as well.
Additionally, neither Snow nor Stanaland are seeking spousal support, and any money in their joint accounts will be divided evenly between them and then closed.
Snow, 37, first filed for divorce on Jan. 18. According to court documents obtained by Et at the time, the actress cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their split.

The Oppenheim Group is expanding to Orange County, and it looks like the drama has followed.
A new trailer for Netflix’s “Selling the Oc” introduces some of the big personalities who will be joining the brokerage’s new Southern California location and teases that, just like “Selling Sunset,” they’re destined to clash.
“The Oppenheim Group comes with its own brand of office politics,” one of the agents declares. But while there’s definitely a few tense moments in the office, there appears to be some wholesome ones, as well.
The trailer ends with many of the agents huddling together to watch the sunset over the ocean as Oppenheimer Group newcomer Tyler Stanaland asks: “How many other real estate offices have cuddle puddles on the beach?”
