Like Johnnie Walker Blue Label or extra fancy potato chips, the videos on YouTube’s Reserve Channel are just a little more special than the rest. And this fall, the Inter-network is premiering a slate of programs that should appeal to the online epicure in all of us — including three talk shows hosted respectively by actress Joy Bryant, Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio, and Renaissance man Pharrell Williams.
We’ve got the exclusive premiere of the latter’s series, called Artst Tlk, below. Press “play” to hear some big ideas from writers Ben Mezrich (The Accidental Billionaires, Bringing Down the House...

A cache of emails leaked by the Anonymous collective indicates dirty tricks were considered against Salon's Glenn Greenwald; the New York Times's Jennifer 8. Lee and The Guardian's James Ball also appear to have been monitored--they're part of a "sabotage" PowerPoint.
New evidence leaked to the internet by the Anonymous collective seems to indicate that well-connected private security firms were targeting journalists sympathetic to WikiLeaks. This is a troubling sign of events to come as corporations, governments and web collectives such as WikiLeaks and Anonymous engage in continued online combat.
A cache of hacked emails from corporate security firm HBGary Federal that targeted Anonymous, strongly implies that they and others were pitching hit pieces on journalist Glenn Greenwald of Salon.com and monitoring James Ball of The Guardian and Jennifer 8. Four rival features about WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange ain't enough for you? How about nine instead.
Deadline reports that several additional films about Assange are on the way to join the four previously announced ones. I'll start with the news ones and add the old ones.
Scribe Mark Boal ("The Hurt Locker") and producer Megan Ellison have optioned "The Boy Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest", a New York Times article by Bill Keller. Boal may write the film but is already busy for much of the rest of this year with his commitments to "Triple Frontier" and an untitled Middle East-set black ops thriller, both of which he is collaborating with "The Hurt Locker" director Kathryn Bigelow on.
This is to be based on the upcoming book Daniel Domscheit-Berg's "Inside Wikileaks". Domscheit-Berg is Assange's former 'Number Two' at the organisation who defected because he wanted to apply journalistic discretion...
