The Handmaid’s Tale-(Elisabeth Moss), Lily (Christine Ko), Sam (Savannah Welch) and Moira (Samira Wiley), shown. (Photo by: Sophie Giraud/Hulu) Out in the real world, The Handmaid’s Tale has been referenced in terms of political debates over the past several years. And Elisabeth Moss is certainly aware of the way the show is being viewed through that political lens. However, when it came to filming the latest season of the series, Moss told us she had to sweep most of that real-world awareness aside. In order to play the role correctly, she told us, she really needed to immerse herself in the character’s world, not the real world. (Warning: This post contains spoilers for the Season 4 finale of “The Handmaid’s Tale.”)
“The Handmaid’s Tale” concluded its fourth season Wednesday with “The Wilderness,” an episode that ended with June Osbourne (Elisabeth Moss) clutching her baby girl while soaked in the blood of her longtime abuser and captor, Fred Waterford (Joseph Fiennes), whom she had just murdered in the woods with the help of other former handmaids from Gilead who are now safely across the border in Canada.
June knows this act marks a turning point for her, as her husband Luke (O-t Fagbenle) enters the room in shock, slowly realizing what June snuck off to do. He’d hoped she wouldn’t do it and that she would be able to let go of her anger and allow the justice system, either in Canada or Gilead, to dole out Fred’s punishment.

Mads Mikkelsen in "Hannibal"Photo: NBC Wait... so she really did throw him from the trainc The fifth episode of this third season of "Hannibal", titled "Contorno", was a weird one for me. For one I appreciate the fact we're all caught up, but at the same time I don't feel as if aspects of what we're dealing with entirely work. That said, once Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) gets rolling it's impossible to say anything negative about this show, as you'd much rather just sit back and watch. This week's episode begins with Will (Hugh Dancy) and Chiyo (Tao Okamoto) heading to Florence to hunt Hannibal. Their scenes are overly dramatic and begin spelling things out we are already more than aware of. Chiyo says to Will, "If you don't kill him, you are worried you are going to become him." Is anyone not clear on this yetc In fact, scratch that,...
