Ruth England resided in London for two decades before marrying Mykel Hawke. They moved to New Orleans and Austin and now reside in tropical South Florida.
Ms. England met her husband on the set of "Forever Eden" , in Jamaica, on a Co-Production between Fox & UK's Mentorn, which was the biggest budget reality show of it's time.
Ruth voluntarily chose to live with a primitive tribe of Iban in the jungles of Borneo as her first project after graduating film school to learn about them and develop her skills. She did this long before survival and remote location shows were popular.
Resides in London where she raises her son and travels back and forth to the states in between work with the media and her other pet projects.
Ruth has a B.A. Degree in Film & Photography with a Post Graduate Degree in Interactive Design.
Ruth England's Father is a retired School Head Master (Principal), her mother is a retired Teacher and her brother is a retired Artist, Author & Musician.
