Celebrating the impending arrival of her little one, Ciara threw a tiny baby shower with close friends and family on Saturday (March 22).
Held at a private home in La, the event was hosted by the “Love Sex Magic” singer’s buds, La La Anthony , Lisa Ellis and Yolonda Frederick , and a few of Ciara’s famed friends, including Kim Kardashian also made their way inside!
Although Ciara and her rapper fiancé Future have managed to keep the sex of their baby quiet, a source close to the couple stated, “She came into Bel Bambini with Kim Kardashianto register for her baby boy — mostly for clothes.”
The 28-year-old’s blue and gold baby shower invite may also have given away some clues, but we will only know for sure once the little guy, or girl, is born!

The saying goes: If Hollywood is really the movie capital of the world, then Oscar night is the world’s biggest wrap party, and like all parties, each event comes with unwelcome guests, embarrassing situations, strange fashions and controversial moments. In fact, controversy and the Oscars seem to go hand in hand and despite the fact that the Academy Awards are, for the most part, an elegant and tightly controlled affair, some very strange things do occur. Let’s take a look back through the history of the Academy Awards, and some of it’s strangest and more controversial moments – which sadly were also the most memorable.

Representative Anthony Weineris facing a war on two fronts after after confessing he lied about sending sexy pics of himself to strangers he met online. With reports coming out now that his wife is pregnant and another — this time X-Rated — photo of the congressman hitting the Net, it’s looking pretty bloody for Weiner all around.

At home, Anthony Weiner has to deal with his pregnant wife, Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin. Several sources close to the family have confirmed to the press that Huma is recently knocked up. Weiner says he and his wife do not plan to split over this whole sex scandal drama. Even so, we’re pretty sure she’s none too thrilled to be in the early stages of pregnancy and having her husband Tweeting crotch shots of himself to random girls. Especially now that another photo allegedly...

Her lips have been the subject of much speculation and mockery over the years, and last year actress Lisa Rinna admitted that she’d made an impulsive decision back in the ’80s to have her upper lip injected with silicone. As time went on, the silicone scarred her lip tissue and gave her mouth a bumpy and uneven texture that became a magnet of ridicule. Rinna says that she liked the original look of her plumped-up lip, and she thinks it was partially responsible for her fame, but now enough is enough and she wants a normal mouth again. She underwent plastic surgery in August to have the bumps smoothed out on her lip, and is apparently happy with the results… though from photos it’s difficult to tell exactly what was done. I think she basically looks the same as she did before.

Everyone remembers the 2000 FloridaGate scandal in which Al Gore hung on for dear life despite the fact that the Bush family were already packing their bags to move into the White House. Well, now Wyclef Jean can join the ranks of those who had trouble accepting that they’d had an election taken from them, except in Jean’s case, his name never even got on the ballot. More than a month after the Haitian government rejected Wyclef Jean’s bid to run for president of Haiti, Jean has said that he has decided not to run in the election. Decided not to run in the election where he was never a candidate in the first place. In related news, I’ve decided to withdraw my bid to be the next Queen of England.

These days, we're all public figures. We're sharing our friends on Facebook, our photos on Flickr, our music on Last.fm, and our goofy links insightful observations on Twitter.
So when Fast Company set out to capture the personalities of our 100 Most Creative People in Business, we started--where else?--by looking for online profiles. Melinda Gates (#2), for example, has more than 50 Google News hits. J.J. Abrams (#14), Tyler Perry (#21), and Pharrell Williams (#36) all have lengthy Wikipedia entries and flashy professional Web sites. And searching Tyra Banks (#49) on YouTube spawns 21,000 video clips (and several cheap laughs).
But when it comes to sharing themselves--not just their businesses, but their business--our creative class clams up. Only 33 have Twitter accounts. Just 19 maintain personal blogs. And four have Flickr pages. In fact, when we emailed bicycle designer Larry Chen (#89) for a link to his blog or photo account,...
