He pleaded guilty to one count of methamphetamine possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and one count of possession of heroin in January 2010. He was sentenced in April to five years in prison and was ordered to pay a fine of $25,000.
Released from jail after seven years and is now living in a halfway house. (August 2016)
